Mashed, potatoes, coleslaw and peach cobbler was very disappointingnot good at alljust very unseasoned blandThe fried chicken was fried to perfection but it smelled funny sour likelike it wasn't fresh.Wasn't worth the $37 and tip we leftMy mama said she liked her chicken liverMy opinion they have taken all of the soulful flavor of soul fried chicken out of ezell's fried Chicken you got to do better I won't be back

Super delicious chicken with really friendly staff! They were willing to check ingredients for me and didn't act as if I was inconveniencing them. The food was plentiful, the rolls were divine (so fluffy and light!) and the sauces were tasty. This is a carry out only restaurant.

I ordered the regular recipe two piece white meat meal with two side dishes. The chicken had no flavor and was dry. The side of mashed potatoes were cold and the Mac & Cheese was very bland. I expected more from this establishment. It appears they are coasting on their name being known and not putting much effort into quality.

This place is amazing. I stopped by because the kids in the back of my vehicle was screaming and I needed to stuff their faces with something before I lose my mind. I went inside ordered some chicken tenders and the kids loved it. Whole ride home was so chill. I took a bite of the chicken and it was delicious.

Grabbed an after work snack. Three piece mixed. I usually grab a regular drum stick for my 9 year old dog. It's her favorite! I almost never buy sides. Not at any of the locations. The potato salad is the best at the Tacoma Hill Top location. If you get a side...stick to the Cajun fries and a ranch dressing.

Got the Buffalo tenders and wanted a combo. No combo for that item so the side was an additional cost. That's just a note for anyone who wants the same item. The tenders themselves were a soggy mess and honestly you're better off getting chicken tenders from your local Albertsons or Safeway. This was the most overhyped and overrated chicken place I've ever been to. The mac and cheese side I got was awful and barely had any cheese at all. A toddler with no experience of the outside world, no understanding of mac and cheese aside knowing the name could do a better job making it.In all I don't recommend this place at all, save your money and go elsewhere.

Great food, made on the spot for you. They definitely care about the quality of the food and it shows (or I should say, it tastes). The rolls are just ... ?. And yes, definitely try out the fried Okra! One star off because the service isn't the absolute best (they might miss a part of your order, so check before you leave). This is somewhat understandable because it is a small business.

A sign ahead of time would've been nice if they are out of a certain item rather than customers assuming that everything on the menu is available but its not. Also, i hope that with a combo order, there would be a free sauce along with it instead of paying for it. Their combo ranges from $10 and up and a free sauce with it would've been nice. But other than that, food is great, staff were nice. Location is good too.

You guys have got to stop using these delivery app drivers who can't use a map. I live 10 min away in Beacon Hill and they took my order to West Seattle and back. There was no way to contact them to tell them they were off course. No one would answer at your store and your mailbox is full so I could even leave a message. After I saw they were in West Seattle, I had to go get something else for the kids. When the order finally arrived, (an hour and a half after I ordered it), it was cold. I basically paid $80 for leftovers. (Including a 25% tip I paid in advance)This has happened a lot. The last guy said he didn't use a map app because he was, "trying to challenge himself". That's like telling a guy to hammer a nail and he starts punching it instead of using the hammer that's in his hand.

I really do like Ezell's and enjoy the crisp too the chicken tenders. The one thing I dislike is the pricing is a bit high which keeps me from going more frequently. Non the less amazing chicken.
