I am highly disappointed with what I have witnessed as a customer in this store today! Employees not frequently changing their gloves given the severity of what we’ve all gone through with Covid, you’d think there would be basic protocols for cleanliness and sanitation! I have seen at least 2 employees use their phone with gloves ON and then proceed to touch a broom and then serve customers with the SAME pair of gloves !!! Unacceptable. Please do better, there doesn’t seem to be any managing going on or else employees wouldn’t behave this way. I understand if busy they cannot change their gloves but touching personal items as well as brooms and dustpans and then touching the produce? It’s common sense.
I placed an order online and realized the website locates me to a wrong store. I called to cancel in 2 minutes after placing the order and they said the order was made and cannot be cancelled.My friend ran to the store and the salad was not ready. Btw place was 20 mins away for walk.How helpful and honest
I hate going in to order and pay for a salad, because there are a couple employees who are always so rude. Not good vibes.
NEVER order a large bowl here, they just make half the size and just give it in a larger container. I paid 1.5 times a regular bowl to only get bigger container.Also, the lady at the counter is just rude to your face for asking why.
Your restaurant closes at 3pm and i placed an uber eats order at 2:20 pm which was accepted by you but never delivered… why cant u fullfill an online order 40 mins before the close of the restaurant?
Best place for salads. There are a LOT of high quality ingredients to choose from resulting in a really tasty, premium build-your-own salad that is unbeatable in the area. Staff is super nice, too.
LIZARD IN MY SALAD! I am horrified, disgusted, and traumatized. Eating halfway through my salad, I found a dead blue bellied LIZARD!! This is NOT OKAY! I have already filed a report to the WA department of health, but Evergreens needs to be held accountable for this. This should NOT have happened!
check your to -go order before you go. I specifically asked for dressing on the side and it was all mixed in. too busy to go back and fix it and it ruined lunch.
Great salads and simple online ordering menu for pick up the delivery options are kind of a mess specially during the lunch time as orders take a long time to get deliver. Their dressing game is on point and its a great lunch workday meal.
Best place for lunch in SLU. The manager and her team are incredibly nice and personal every visit. I go here daily and will keep doing so.
