I once drove 30 min out of my way to satisfy a craving for Evergreens salad. Yes, they are that good. This location is fast, though lunch lines can get long. My favorite is the spicy kale Caesar, but they also have a seasonal pickled beet, walnut, and bleu cheese salad that's fabulous!

I ordered a grain bowl with brown rice, arugula, steak, mushrooms, broccoli, cheese, and pesto. I ordered online and was given a grain bowl that was 85% quinoa, not brown rice. I couldn't even taste the cheese and pesto (which I paid extra to taste, not for the aesthetic). I picked it up 4 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and it was cold. My advice is prepare to wait in line and order in person or prepare to be disappointed.

It was really good and I was pleasantly surprised that I could customize my salad just the way I wanted. It was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.
