Good bagels and great staff. I will say, I didn't finish the whole Bagel and it reheated well too.

I’ve been waiting and thinking about coming back here since I moved from Seattle, and eltana has done it again. Delicious wood fired bagels and spreads , and don’t forget their famous shakshauka to dip a delicious bagel into for a whole new experience !

Two stars because some times the coffee is good and the pomegranate spread with poppy seed bagel is delicious. But everything else. No. Breakfast sandwich, and cookie very dried out. The egg looks like something served in public school lunch. Was dried out and sponge like. The sausage was cold in the middle and bagel over toasted. As for the brown sugar spice cookie. What spice?Sometimes the coffee is good though. And the pomegranate spread on poppy seed is bomb

Love their bagels! Woodfired. If you’re looking for NY style, this is not it! But it’s damned good. Anyway you get the bagels, they are amazing. You want everything? You got everything. You want a schmear and some lox—unlock the box! You have a plain soul with a colorful exterior? Order the rainbow and pick your fav spread. I got a berry cream cheese which was delightful. Breakfast sammiches are tasty! Get bacon, Turkey, or vegetarian! Something for everyone.

I stop here every weekend for breakfast and love it. The staff is friendly and attentive, the line moves quickly.Don’t come to Eltana expecting the stereotypical Long Island style bagel that’s big and fluffy. These delicious wood fired bagels are smaller (and maybe not ideal for breakfast sandwiches because of that) and so satisfying. The speciality cream cheeses are worth it (and they give you A LOT- I usually ask for half).I’m from NYC and love these bagels, but they’re not the same as NYC bagels and not trying to be.My favorite is the za’atar on an everything bagel and the honey almond on a cinnamon raisin bagel.

i have a had some good experiences however my last one left me and my partner disappointed. The a la cart cream cheese was a pricey for what we got, we selected the bakers choice for our half dozen bagels and ended up with 70% poppy seed. no hate against poppy seed but it was a lot to work through.for context we got them via delivery app so the freshness might not have been top tier.I think our next visit will be at the location for a more personal bagel situation.

The bagels are on point. Service is quick too. I just don’t know why they never give me a paper bag for my takeouts and nor any napkins. I tried tipping too but nope! I waited around for an extra few seconds hoping someone would offer to ask me if I needed something. But nope! They were busy maintaining the quick service ?

Nothing against the staff as they were all awesome and super helpful. But my search for good bagels in Seattle continues... My personal opinion is that these aren't much better than grocery store bagels. I will say their za'atar spread was delicious but couldn't save the lackluster bagel. I also had their chicken sausage breakfast sandwich and that tasted bland and had some oddly sweet seasoning on it... Again, staff and everyone was great but just did not like the food at all.

Ive been to this place a few times to get a gluten free bagels and also some sandwiches. They have some really good gluten free bagels and delicious sandwich options but the customer service is sub par.Last time I ordered a sandwich, and then they told me after I paid and waited 5 minutes they were out of gluten free bagels and could not make my sandwich, so I had a soup which was like $4 cheaper but then they never refunded me the difference… are they trying to discriminate or accommodate celiacs????My biggest complaint is that they run out of gluten free bagels HOURS before closing. Because celiacs only have only 1 bagel option, it is pretty disappointing that the owners don’t make enough to have gluten free options available all day until closing. I don’t think they should advertise themselves as gluten friendly if they are inconsistently able to provide these options.

Bagels are excellent and fresh. I love how the whole bagel has seeds so there isn't a clear plain bottom half
