The flavor was okay at best. Not bitter. Looked fancy. We ordered iced and only 1 of the 2 were iced. Only extra flavors they had to add where chocolate and vanilla.
This was my favorite cafe I visited in Seattle! Big sunny windows, charismatic baristas, cute dishes, they did latte art on my macchiato, fairly priced, yummy espresso and coffee! Loved it.
Beautiful space, lovely customer service, unique menu. If you visit old town make sure to stop by for their delicious pastries and authentic drinks.
I got amazing coffee here. The affogato is unreal and so delicious. Definitely will be back again when we're in Seattle next.
I went a little overboard and ordered their flight, the "one of everything": espresso, brewed coffee, and macchiatto with a tonic water.I went with the macchiato first because it was the cutest and I really wanted to try it, but halfway I downed the espresso shot and was wired! Loved it. I probably could have stopped here but I still had the brewed coffee and I was here for a good time. The brewed coffee was a bit more watery, but with this intense trio that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. At $5.50 this is a pretty nice experience! This isn't exactly the best space to hang out since seating is quite limited and I'd only come in pairs or alone since the tables are smaller. The ambiance is chill and clean and I found a table in the corner so I had a great time.
My order, a flat white latte.. as it comes. Excellent quality and taste. They make a good traditional latte. My wife got an iced vanilla latte made with house vanilla syrup. Not as sweet to her taste but she enjoyed it!
This may have been my favorite coffee stop on my trip. The Americana I had was incredibly flavorful and balanced, very complex and delicious. My friend had a cappuccino and gave similar reviews. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is adorable. Highly recommend
Best coffee in Seattle. High-quality fair-trade beans, roasted in-house, excellent baristas who are trained well and who deliver top-notch customer service. This has been a staple of mine for years.
Just had literally the best espresso of my life. Even the tasting notes were right. Nobody ever gets the tasting notes right!I went to buy beans, having never brewed my own coffee ever in my life, and the barista was incredibly kind helping a dumb noob like me get the right roast at the right grind.Love to see great small businesses in Pioneer Square and International District. Please support all of them, times are tough right now.
They used to have the nicest cafe in the city. The coffee is very good and the baristas are friendly. However they recently destroyed their space by removing most of the seating and leaving only a few cramped seats right in the path of the line of customers. I very much miss the old Elm.
