Food, service and value quite good. Very pleasant and tranquil dining on outdoor patios. One major flaw was the host who sat us. A couple just before us, without a reservation, requested outdoor seating. They were shown to, probably the least desirable table and they declined and were sat elsewhere. We had an Open Table reservation and were shown to the same table the couple before us had rejected. We, too, refused and after receiving a disgruntled look, were seated elsewhere which was fine. Frankly, had we not been seated elsewhere we would have left.
My daughter had the fish tacos and I had the fish sandwich. Both of our meals were excellent. The side salad was a great addition to our meals. The wonderful server also. We will be back.
Food was great, so were the drinks. Restaurant was pretty busy
Sat for 15 minutes with no drinks or water before waiter came over and said food was at least 40 minutes behind. Busy but apparently not able to handle the number of people sat. Ended up going elsewhere. Food has been good on past visits.
Delicious and creative pub grub. Their pot pies are rich and satisfying. The burger was wonderful with fresh and crisp lettuce that still snapped. The Slum Dog was a bit spicy but delicious. I will be happy to go again if only for another serving of bread pudding.
Food was below average.
The staff are amazing here. Food quality depends on the entree and tends towards over fried but overall good for bar food.
We were happy to be back! We all ordered different dishes and everything was delicious :)
Went to Elephant and Castle for dinner with my father and brother. It was a busy night with SeaFair and the staff were very prompt and helpful. The host was very professional when dealing with male Karens being upset about the heat and busy restaurant. 10/10 experience
Ordered fish and chips and the fish came out luke warm at best. Wait staff was nice but never checked on us once we had our food until we asked for the check.
