100% PLANT BASED FOOD!!! There maybe older menus circulation online but when I was in there May 2022 they are completely plant based! They have really good nachos and chips and salsa but the salsa is on the spicy side for a wimp like me. I didn't try a burrito myself but they looked so good. We often stop in here for drinks and chips and salsa. It's so hard to find chips and salsa anymore it seems like! The staff is really nice, you'll feel at home. It's a casual restaurant where you seat yourself and order at the bar or you can can the menu at your table. They have a variety of hot sauces you can choose from in a little mini fridge accessible to customers. It's a great place to meet up with friends or stop in after checking out the market.
:( ? unfortunately the tacos de pastor and jack fruit are not good at all. The tacos al pastor are very tasteless “not good” the tofu was,,, like very raw and the Tacos of jack fruit Cochinita Pibil are very bitter, the ground beef burrito is good but the michelada doesn't taste good either. First option was Tajín Camaron and hard tacos but they didn't have them, Eventually I'm going to another Borracho location to see if the food tastes different. We have a great expectation for the food of Borracho but unfortunately the food was not good :( they need to improve their Custumer service as well, :( I just been very honest, unfortunately that was our experience.
Do yourself a favor, forgo the tacos and just get the nachos. The tacos were quite disappointing. Lack of flavor and the weirdest jackfruit ever. Was it even jackfruit? However oddly enough the nachos were really good. I'd go back for nachos and maybe be daring to try a burrito in hopes it's good. However I'm guessing similar to the tacos. I would say to the owners that spices are ok to use oh and salt is ok too.
Friendly service. Unfortunately, after 5 pm this place is considered a bar so…anyone under 21 can not sit down and eat food. It’s too bad b/c I missed out on what I have read is a good margarita. We ordered to go and had the Soyrizo burrito and Chipotle potato burrito. The Jamaica was good as was the pink lemon-limeade. The food was good but not worth $12-13 per burrito. However, I like that Seattle has an all plant based Mexican place.
Good vegan Mexican style food. You scan the QR and order right on your phone. The food is tasty. Unfortunately it comes in throw away containers and plastic silverware. They also offer cocktails.
Went here on a date night before a show and everything was INCREDIBLE! Jeremiah and Christopher were very welcoming and explained how everything worked and what the menu was about. They offered solid food and drink recommendations and we enjoyed everything we tried. Had the nachos, jalapeño pineapple margarita, and one of every taco - my life is changed for the better. Finally found my perfect Taco Tuesday spot!
All vegan/plant based food - very delicious. Good cocktails too. Very relaxed feel would definitely recommend for a quick bite and a cocktail.
10/9/2021Recommend? Yes.I love that it's a stand alone yet very close to Pike Place so very easy to do your touristy things and then have a nice sit down meal without having to look for seating.I ordered 3 tacos and the horchata. The tacos were jackfruit cochinitas, seitan barbacoa, and tajin shrymp. My favorite was definitely the tajin shrymp. Very well seasoned and the texture was on point. I personally think it's better seasoned than the regular shrimp tacos I've had in the past. It would really take it to the next level if they put a little bit of char on it.I didn't like the horchata here very much because it's not as thick and creamy as I personally like. A bit more watery, but it was definitely loaded with cinnamon. If you've never had horchata before, it tastes similar to cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk after you've eaten the cereal but better.

Went here today with a friend and her young son and it was fantastic! I had the potato tacos and my friend had the impossible burrito. We also ordered chips and salsa, everything was so delicious and fresh! Staff were really nice and the place was clean. Extremely fast service as well. I would definitely visit again soon!
