This place has gone downhill the last few months, and that’s saying a lot because I get these bagels at my office every week.Before, I would have given them a solid 3.5 stars (sorry can’t compare to the delishness of NYC bagel shops) solid for Seattle standards IMO.But recently the bagels are stale and tough. The toaster doesn’t even help! The hash browns not cooked through either, by that I mean Al denté potatoes. Gross.Get it together!

The bagels are always fresh and delicious, the prices are fair and the service is fast.
Garlic bagels were good, veggie cream cheese and the lack of good sandwich options was disappointing

Everyone I talked to was very nice and I felt genuinely welcomed. They were also very fast and nice to each other too. It was a great environment. Highly recommend!!
