I enjoy the bagels they are actually really good bagels. But I no longer come her because they no longer allow you to dine in. Pre-pandemic it was a frequent place for us to visit and enjoy coffee and bagels. But we no longer go. Most places have returned to dine in so we assumed they had as well and were very disappointed in it. Wish I could give 3.5 stars but just can't give 4 stars to a place that I won't go back to. Hoping they reopen so we can enjoy them again.
My husband and I had a craving for a good Einstein’s breakfast, what a complete disappointment.The place was unkempt and a little dirty.Drink dispenser-out of order.3 out of 4 coffee flavors were cold.You are prohibited from sitting in the dining area to eat, when the associate was asked why, her reply was “That is our manager’s decision”Oh, can’t use their bathroom either. Absolute garbage customer service.I am sure you can find better food and a more inviting atmosphere anywhere, including the feces-covered streets of San Francisco .
I had an unpleasant experience at this place… me and my friend were basically kicked out by one of their employees saying they do not offer indoor dining and that we have to leave, even though it was raining and freezing outside. Unfortunately by the time I got home I had to enjoy my bagel cold. Too sad you can’t sit inside and enjoy your food anymore. Maybe they should consider taking their tables and chairs out so it’s clear that it’s not a dine in establishment.
They offer indoor dining, but they don't have a public restroom for customers.
Friendly staff. Clean facility. Quick service. Quality ingredients. But, the bagel in and of itself is just not outstanding. Can't give 5 stars to a bagel place if the bagel isn't great.
(1/18/2021) Updated with a photo. Return visit, as good if not better than our initial visit! Yummmy! (First time in review) Sorry no photo's, I ate my Nova Lox much too quickly! We are just back from NYC, experiencing bagels from Zucker's and I must say, Einstein Bros. is right there in the running for BEST BAGEL I have EVER Eaten! The young lady who took care of us on the front counter was a whirlwind and energy and extremely efficient through-out! We gabbed a couple of breakfast bagels, another half dozen for home, add two latte's and we were on the road back up to Fairhaven. We shall return!
I regularly visit this location, and it has usually been good. Recently, however, all of my orders have been extremely over salted/peppered. It’s not really edible at that point. Pictured is the portion of egg I had to remove from my cheddar cheese/egg/bagel sandwich.The workers here are friendly, and the location seems clean, so 3 stars feels appropriate.
I got the Jalapeño Cheddar bagel with Turkey Sausage, spinach, cucumber and avocado and it was amazing! The bagel tasted fresh and Their options are endless. Highly recommend !
This location is bomb dot com and I just cannot not rave about how friendly the staff is here at Westlake. I don't know what they do during the hiring process but literally every employee there is so into it and I love it! With every visit, the greet me with a smile and pretty much hit every order with perfection. Yes, they slip up once in a while putting the wrong cream cheese on the bagel (with large orders) but I'm not concerned about it at all as they're so eager to fix it but I often ask them not to fix it because all their shmears are yummy regardless! Everything is fresh with tons of bagel sammies to choose from and you can pretty much customize any order. Great for office!
Came here for my bday free sandwich. The employee was so helpful, warm and nice. I was served with patience and kindness, on top of the amazing food. Will definitely come back to support their business!
