The employees here are the most rude and openly hostile I have ever seen at a for-profit company. Are we in Soviet Russia? How does this place stay in business these days?I used to enjoy this place a few years ago, but now you pay $15 for a sandwich (which has 50% chance of being improperly cooked each time) and you get to encounter the worst customer service in the US. I will certainly never patronize this place again. Good luck!

I gave this place a try even though they seemed pricey. I went to the restaurant and as of January 2022 they still have contactless ordering which is a bit annoying but the worst part is that they told me to wait outside the store in the cold while they made my food. I had a mask on, and there’s at least 12 ft from the main counter to where I was standing - just ridiculous. After waiting outside for a while with no update, I went in to check on my food and they pointed to a plate on the counter. So even though they asked me to wait outside *and* the order confirmation text says they’ll bring the food to me, my food just sat there with no notice. Bad customer experience.

I had the falafel sandwich and it was really good, but I’m never going here again as it has the worst customer service ever. I’v never had service this bad. Customer service should be something that would make you want to go back, not make you never want to go back again. I thought the people in the reviews were over reacting but after going there I realized how horrible the customer service was, it was almost like they did not want to have customers at all.

NEVER ordering here again. Rude staff, constantly kept telling me to go outside. Really bad customer experience even though the food is really good. I’m sad that such good food is ruined by rude staff

If you don’t have time to the read the whole thing, this place basically has the:Worst Customer Service + Most Expensive Meddle Eastern Food.Service was downright confrontational. It was one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had in recent memory. If you don’t allow people to place an order at the counter, just put a sign on the door stating as much..The first time i came she was really mad at me because I didn’t know it was an online only restaurants ..The next few times i came and faced rude disgusting tones in all of them because“ the staff really hate to deal with someone with an accent or non *****”The last time i came today, placed my order online, came on time and my dog was with me in the front door and the mad crazy customer service lady screamed and snapped on me..I took my dog our side and she was still trying so hard to make me feel awkward, perhaps because that makes her feel better.Over all experience is ( 0 / 10 )U Wanna Cool middle eastern food ? find somewhere else in seattle and especially capitol Hill, Not here at all..I would recommend this restaurant for my haters though ..

I have been here a couple of times. The staff are incredibly rude to customers. We are trying to support independent businesses during a difficult pandemic and yet you treat your customers like garbage. After today and another horrible experience, I will definitely not be returning.

So delicious. All of them.

Food was fantastic, tasted how authentic falafel should taste. The staff was so nice and helpful. They gave great suggestions on what to get (I got the bamba thanks to the suggestion).

The food is great but the staff is too rude and disrespectful. She misplaced our order and we were asked to wait for 5 mins for the next one. We never received our order even after waiting for more than 30 mins

Excellent food! The falafel sandwich is very filling and has one of the best falafels I have had. The turkish soup is also delicious.
