One of the most exceptionally delicious seafood in all of Seattle. They have the freshest fish and the best damn crab cakes in town. People will tell you it's quite pricey, but I think it's worth every damn penny. They also carry the most unique items in their pantry. Try the Omnnom Krunch Sea Salt Toffee if you find them in stock. The breads are also another item you want to throw in your bag for purchase.

their chioppinos are really good.

This is my go-to spot for oysters in this city. The market - it’s not quite a restaurant or bar - is terrific. The owner has often been on hand, building up the final meal by telling us a bit about the oysters. Much of it comes from along the coast and surrounding states as well. It’s great to be able to support a local business and the people who provide it, within the state. I can’t tell if the fish market with its’ prepared foods is a front for a casual dining spot of the locals in the area or vice versa. You will be enticed by everything you see that has been hand prepared and carefully placed in the case as you take your first step in. There’s no wait. Fresh seafood offerings here are locally sourced. And their prepared burgers made with salmon (feta and seasoning is on point) or crab cakes (a treat!) are usually in the cart of goodies we haul home after eating dozens of oysters. Their garlic bread is the best. I don’t think that’s something that normally stands out to me. It was memorable. If you get it just right, you can plan dinner, buy some seafood, drinks and salad or smoked fish spread. Indulge a bit for happy hour and leave with all your handpicked favorites. Two birds with one stone: dinner meal in hand and a belly full of fresh oysters. After a month or so following the birth of my son, my husband wanted to take me out to a special place. My first thought was “oysters, some beer and maybe a bit of wine!” Then I remembered East Anchor Seafood. There’s no line. No dress code. Undoubtedly, we had to go. No wait and an attentive staff made this an ideal spot for us as new parents. Convenience and quality rarely go together. This place is, as you will find, a bit off the beaten path. And most definitely unexpected.Go hungry and leave with your garlic bread and salmon burgers in hand, planning ahead for dinner; enjoying a dozen oysters and a glass of sparkling wine and an IPA not a moment before.Yes please and thank you again!

Really fantastic fish and chips!

Google says you close at 7PM.. how was I supposed to know your dam kitchen closes 6:30 PM? Why wouldn’t you just indicate a 6:30PM Closing time on Google?!When I called at 6:32 PM, for a pick up order- mind you no need for table clean up, or unnecessary table lingering keeping wait staff from getting home- they denied placing the order. Stating their kitchen closed at 6:30.2 minutes late- and now I have to start the hunt for food all over again. This is clearly not a service minded business. ???

Such a cute shop! Tried a feta, spinach salmon patty that had a beautiful golden crust when I pan seared it. They also have an amazing chocolate selection. Can’t wait to try their poke bowl and other fresh fish they have!

Great crabcakes

I absolutely love this little market. They have the best salmon and halibut burgers around and their lunch is delicious as well. I’m addicted!

Great selection of fresh seafood and fair prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best shops in Seattle.

Fresh and amazing quality. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality seafood.
