Tl;dr: good drinks, often out of ingredients, cold staffGood tea when you get the right order and they aren't out! I like using the mobile order functionality, but this cafe could do a better job indicating when ingredients/certain drinks aren't available since they depend on their online interface for everything. I'd say 3/10 times I order ahead, they're either out of boba, hot drinks, or brown sugar and I don't know it until I get there to pick it up.When you go in person, nobody greets you and you have to order via a tablet--it's rare an employee will say a single thing to you at all. There's even a robot that calls you when your order is ready. If you're extremely antisocial, this is the place to go, haha, but I'm used to staff being friendlier. My mom was super put off as she didn't like using a tablet and didn't understand why the staff wouldn't just place her order "normally."

The tea was good, the environment was aesthetic, and the service was friendly, but unfortunately this boba shop didn’t have working wifi when we went. The cups have two holes. If you poke your straw into one hole, the plastic will shatter and fall into your drink. If you poke the other hole, your straw will go through properly. Unfortunately, I don’t remember which hole you’re supposed to stab. So just poke cautiously and make sure you poke the right one.

Great place with a good selection of boba and easy ordering

Supposedly a green tea matcha latte. In truth: Slightly green, tepid warm milk. Room temperature warm at best. Not steamed. No froth. Only a hint of green matcha color or taste.Worst matcha experience of my life :(

Customize your own boba or poke bowl. Great spot with many options, but parking is hard to find or expensive here. The staff helped make a recommendation for my brother’s first boba.

Fast and easy spot for bubble tea! Lots of good options.

What a lovely boba tea place in Fremont! Went there on Sunday around 4 ish to grab my boba and spam musubi (from Just Poke). Unfortunately they ran out of spam musubi so could not taste that. ordering the boba was simple but the decision as to which flavor to go for was the toughest. They had a huge variety and everything on the menu looked good. After alot of thought I went with the Classic Boba and White Peach Boba. Both the boba teas tasted divine. Next time will go for Let the Man go (smoothie) and Strawberry Taro Boba. Love the fact that they have milk substitutes and customize sugar as per your taste buds. The drinks came out super quick and they followed all covid protocols - there was sanitizer, glass shield, staff was wearing gloves and mask all the time, people were standing 6 feet (or more) apart from each other, there are markers on the floor to avoid over crowding. Overall a great place.

Got the Taro Smoothie. It was completely melted and the flavoring hadn't completed dissolved so I had random solids in it.

The fruit tea I got tasted like frozen flavorless chunks of fruit. The salt foam just tasted like extremely salty oil. The people were nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the tea.

I’m really upset and disappointed. I got a Thai tea and a mango matcha milk tea and they both were not good. The Thai tea had a texture to it and was thick and as for the mango matcha milk tea it was chunky and I would be drinking up some bits of powder? I wish I could get a refund for my money...:/ the workers were kind... and the place was nice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone sorry..
