Friendly, clean and best of all the food is always awesome!!!!

My daughter said this spot was the best part of her trip to Seattle The soup dumplings were incredible and the string beans were to die for

Their food is always fresh and consistent. Not once have I gone there and had a bad experience. The only complaint I have is they are always super busy and I have to wait. But it's worth the wait! They don't mess around getting in your order and delivering the food to your table. This is by far my favorite place to eat in Seattle. Also if you are vegetarian, this is a great place to go. Meat lovers too.

I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday on May 23 during our vacation to Seattle. We were very impressed with the ambience of the restaurant, the friendly customer service and the awesome food! I wish I could remember the name of our waiter (writing this review kind of late) but he was great with giving suggestions and describing each dish to us. We loved seeing the big buildings of Seattle as we were seated next to big beautiful windows. I highly recommend the wood ear mushroom appetizer. It’s a cold app but the snap and flavor of the mushrooms is amazing! We loved the Kurobuta Pork axial Long Bao (and the directions on how to properly eat them placed at our table). So delicious! The dumplings and pork buns of course were amazing. Try any you see fit! I also highly recommend the Noodles with Spicy Sauce. They’re spicy but not insanely spicy for those seeking a little flavor adventure.

The chicken soup is to die for. The four adults and two kids finished five trays of pork XlB @ 10 each tray. The stir fried noodle is very good. Steam fry dumplings are very popular as well

A little pricey but worth every penny in my opinion. Wife and I loved here and would visit again if in Seattle. Food was amazingly tasty. Great steamed and fried dumplings and noodle dishes. We loved the Pork and Shrimp streamed dumplings. I have eaten in Taiwan and this is on a par with the best food I eat there. Plates are small servings so order as many or as little as you want off the menu. Located on a floor in a theatre / Shopping Mall, which we did not realize initially when we tried to find it across from our downtown hotel.

Another location of Din Tai Fung! People just love the taiwanese cuisine served here! The prices are reflective of the quality taken to produce each dish (not necessarily the ingredient cost). Also given the lineups, they can keep the prices up.We enjoy coming here for the great service and tasty food. I would recommend trying one of the fried rice dishes at least once.

The soup came out warm.. not boiling hotThe cucumber was good but nothing specialThe spicy wontons was literally just chilly oil on topThe crab meat dumpling came out warm as well... so didn't have to wait to cool down to eatThe pork dumpling were goodThe fish dumpling came out hot, but the stuffing tasted like it's been refrigerated for too long

Dined in after a few years. They've expanded their veggie menu! Everything was top notch so so delicious. Cannot recommend one item over another. Plenty of vegan options as they leave egg out of their dough. Try the noodles, wontons, buns, dumplings, and if you're okay with egg the fried rice. Great hot sake offering as well, piping hot.

Din Tai Fung was NOT one of my favorite restaurants when I was living in Taiwan, but it was a place I occasionally go just because it represents great Taiwanese dumplings and XLBs.Stick with what we ordered (menu in the photo), and you will not be disappointed. When I glanced at the drink menu and found Taiwan Golden Label beer. I know I have to have one. It’s not only a taste of the good old times, it’s a taste of my first and always home, Taiwan. The waiter, Huy, deserves a raise too. He’s just too much fun!
