This is my favorite Dim Sum place due to being able to order individual pieces. It's a great place if you're by yourself or even as a couple. It's a quick and easy to go place. You order from a sheet of paper, hand it to one of the ladies, pay, and you're on your way.I'm sure there are better Dim Sum places but I typically travel to Seattle by myself. Great spot. Fulfills my Dim Sum cravings.
Some of the items, like the beef shumai or beef dumpling are cheaper than most of the other dim sum restaurants in China Town. I like that there is an order form that you can check for each item you want to buy (makes it more convenient). What I DO NOT LIKE is that the restaurant charges you 30 ¢for each plastic container. That's not nice!Street parking only. They take cash and credit cards. Take out only (for now).
Delicious food here! Perfect if you just want a sampler of different items to take to go, esp if by yourself as you can even just order 1 of each item. I got the shrimp dumpling, sui mai, steamed BBQ pork bun, and steamed chicken bun and all were really good! Price is great too, about a dollar per thing for what I ordered. I wanted to try the sticky rice bun but they weren't ready at the time, will have to go again. It's all takeout (no eating inside) and you use the paper order sheets to order. They have a picture of every item on a poster there to help you too. Highly recommend!
Food is good enough. Unfortunately they charge for each box that they put your food in, absolutely ridiculous. They also charge for soy sauce, chili sauce, debit card transactions under 10$, and will also ask for your first born child as long as it's a boy! Lol.
Shady exterior, but definitely the best value dim sum in Seattle, cost half of other places. Quality is surprisingly decent too, more or less what I would expect. Tasted good. 5 stars for value
$1.10 for most items. They seem to do wonders with rice flour, wheat flour, sugar and soybean oil. Add in some chicken feet, roast pork pieces, cabbage, red bean, a shrimp here and there etc. and you have a very popular place. I saw three pounds of lo mein for $5.95! I liked the egg tart.
Super affordable option for takeout dim sum in international district. Really can’t complain for selection and price (each item is under $2). Very nice to be able to order individual pieces to get variety if alone or in a small group which is difficult to do otherwise.
The flavor was great and hot and steamy. Had shu mai and the pork bun the best barque pork.Service was fast to. It's not a place to ask lots of questions. There is a form you fill out and wait for your order so worth it.
Good dim sum at reasonable prices. The restaurant opens at 7 am so I usually get there at 7:15 am to avoid traffic and others. My favorite items are sesame balls and sticky rice! The food is good while the service needs improvement.
Was expecting better quality considering the great reviews but was highly disappointed.#1)The shrimp rice rolls were 90% rice flour and had literally only 2 small pieces of shrimp per 1 rice roll. The rice flour parts tasted uncooked and jelly like. D-#2) The chow mein looked good upon appearance and they definitely put in a lot for $5 worth but it was the most dry dull tasting chow mein I've ever had!! No flavor... C-#3) the Shumai was decent and so was their shrimp dumplings B-#4) Pork steamed buns were extremely sugary and the filling didn't even look like meat, was a red (dye) jelly like consistency.. not like meat. D-And then to boot off the experience Literally after 10 mins of trying the food my family members and I all experienced an itchy throat. Which never happens. We ended up throwing away the rest of the food and will never go back there.
