This place was packed before noon on a saturday. The shrimp toast and potstickers were my highlights. Id skip the sui mai next time.

Much cleaner restaurant with newer owners. The food was fresh and clean. I knocked off a star for food flavor. For those that are health conscious, this would be a great place but for those that needs a bit more flavor, you may need to add your own seasoning.Texture and presentation looked spot on. All food had fresh ingredients as I saw one of them ran out the door and came back with a bag of new produce.

This places is so good! I’ve tried a few places in Seattle but this might be the best. It’s a small place, staff was very nice.

The new owners have done a great job carrying on the wonderful traditions of the previous owners. One of the only places around where I can find Shrimp Toast! Don't sleep on this great little dim sum place on Beacon Hill.

Everything we try is tasty (even the chili oil is good, lol). Good food good service. Dim sum is our go-to comfort food. And we are glad we found this place! We got shrimp ball, chicken feet, Shumai, cream custard bun, bbq pork bun, and gai lan oyster sauce. Recommended!!

Met a friend here for Dim Sum.Small place so I imagine it could get busy but we were able to get seated quickly on a Saturday at 10 AM.Good solid choices on the dim sum menu - they had all the basics - shumai, dumplings, pork rib, buns, egg custard, you tiao, porridge, some greens, chicken feet, etc. Everything I wanted out of dim sum was on the menu. I liked all the selections. They brought out everything little by little so it was fresh and hot. Good pacing for the two of us - helped us not over order. My favorite was actually the pork roll in a puff pastry - I never had it before and it was so good!! Perfectly cooked and seasoned pork on the inside and the pastry was so flaky and slightly sweet on top to bring the whole dish together. So good! You Tiao and porridge is solid too!My only critique is the Chicken Feet. This is usually my favorite dim sum dish but I found this one to have basically no flavor at all. Not sweet nor savory.... just bland.Would still come back to eat everything else though!

The food is SO good! The restaurant is also SO clean, like one of the most spotless I've dined in! The green beans are killer. Service was also really good, even with a lot of takeout orders coming in.

Stopped in for lunch before visiting the Museum of Flight. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and place was clean, but service was slow. All the food was tasty especially the shrimp and chive dumpling. I would come back just for this unique dim sum item.

Neighborhood dim sum place, now open for dinner with wider selection of items. Always enjoy meals there.

Love their food. Very authentic and relatively cheap. I recommend their beef tendon dish since not most places don't offer it at all.
