Very fast service and very friendly staff. The burgers and shake were great. I really like the atmosphere and everyone working there seemed like they really have fun and get along with each other.
ordered a plain cheeseburger . the served burger must have been grilled 25 minutes before and then sat in a cool location ! not warm, dry bun and glue for cheese. either demand product off the grill or go elsewhere !
Always awesome and always fast. I like that they are so good to their employees too. Makes you think about why they can sell food cheaper than McDonald's and pay employees twice as much and provide health insurance and childcare.
Less busy (just a few people lined up) than Edmonds or Lake City locations but took a lot longer for food to be served so its just four stars.The fries and burgers were piping hot thankfully and was a satisfying dinner after a long, cold hike at Discovery Park.
This place is amazing my husband and I reach got a cheese burger and a shake and we split an order of fries for under 15 bucks. Keep up the good work. Staff wasl friendly and the service was super fast.And they are open late.
Five star for super Fast service , burgers and everything is good except I'm not too sure about the fries ,I like my fries crunchy, their fries are burnt looking and soggy
I really wanted and hoped to like this place. The service is quick, and the prices are great. But the burgers and fries just aren't good. The fries in particular were soggy, not at all crisp. The burger was very McDonald's like.
A Seattle icon does not disappoint. Always fast and delicious. The fact that they treat the employees well is an extra bonus. I worked there as a kid and can vouch for the cleanliness.
These burgers are so good and highly addicting. My only gripe is that this location is on my route to Target which means I always have to stop here whenever I go on a Target run. Way too convenient. ;)I never got the hype around the special or deluxe burgers. so I just order the cheeseburgers myself. If you find yourself not liking the special or deluxe like me, give them another try and order the cheeseburger!
Amazing, no nonsense burgers and milkshakes. Fries aren't very crisp but still fine. Seattle icon, so I always suggest it to people from out of town. It's our go to for when we don't feel like cooking dinner but we want burgers.
