I absolutely love the pizza here and have had good service both times I've been. I get being short-staffed right now but management makes it a pain to patron the restaurant. Driving to the restaurant is a complete gamble because wait times for dine in can exceed an hour and takeout has taken over 45 minutes before. There's no real way to know that unless you make the trip out because management has shut off online/phone ordering completely. Having a reservation system would seem to make a lot more sense.Forced 20% gratuity with a very clear line item for additional tip on the bill for takeout is amazingly aggressive.
An intimate but relaxed and funky spot serving up awesome pizzas. The salads are absolutely delicious as well. If you like anchovies (or even if you don't think you do) you owe it to yourself to try the Romana pizza. It's supreme! The only false note of the evening were the selections of reds by the glass. Luckily we tried a taster first. Took a pass on both offerings.
Great wood fire pizza! I’m not a sausage pizza person, but their handmade sausage has CHANGED MY MIND. It’s amazing and this place is now my go-to pizza spot in Seattle. It’s also just as good the next day in the air fryer.
Flavors were absolutely delicious. Some of the best I've had. We got seated in just 5 minutes on a Tuesday night. Staff seemed a mix of friendly and not, but the person checking in on our table was warm and friendly. Crust was well-cooked for us, but probably a bit dark for other folks. We were just visiting but if we lived in the area this would likely be a regular spot for us!
Not only is the pizza fantastic at Delancey (seriously, it's fantastic), but the people are awesome as well. Super friendly, accommodating, and fast service. This place rules.
We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s consistently some of the best pizza in town. The dough is perfectly leavened and light, toppings are simple and balanced, and ingredients are really high quality. These days we do take out pretty frequently, and have found that the trick is to arrive at opening to beat the rush.
Solid pizza, you won’t go wrong. Does it live up to the hype though? Hard to say. I really enjoyed it, but they way people talk, it should have changed my world. Just wasn’t quite up to the ridiculously high bar.
Thin and crisp crust -- no need for knife and fork. A bit of char is their style, too much for my wife, but I was fine with it. Small, a little noisy, not too bad, great staff, efficient service, nice appetizers too. We had cauliflower -- tangy, wife said maybe too much so. Overall, fantastic.
Great pizza. Love the thin crust and the char and the various toppings. The mushroom is so good!
The quality is mediocre at best. But what brings this down to 2 stars is both of the pizzas we got had the dough burnt, an automatically added on gratuity of 20% and still asking for tips, and a fairly expensive price for the quality and amount that you get.Do yourself a favor and get a Whole Foods full pizza for a 3rd of the price and twice the quality.
