Amazing small plates and craft cocktails! The staff was hard working and always made sure my glass was full. Austin, the GM, even recommended some other great places to check out while in town.Will absolutely make sure to recommend Dead Line to all my friends and coworkers passing through Seattle!
5 stars for this cozy intimate space with THE BEST HAPPY HOUR AND TEAM in Seattle. This is a historic original brick space with a trendy vibe. Stop in solo and leave with friends. Bring your coworkers. Bring your friends. Bring your parents. Seriously. They have a really cool loft space which is perfect for events. I’ve seen corporate meet & greets, social clubs and girls night out here.Stop in before or after the Underground Tour, on your way to the stadium, or on your way back from the waterfront.This place got me through a dreary winter thanks to their delicious cocktails that rotate through the seasons and menu that is consistently updated. My favorite drink is bees knees and I always get the quesadilla.Artisanal cocktails? Check. Filling and flavorful happy hour dishes? Check. Happy hour every day? Check. Trendy photogenic space where you can hear the people you’re with? Check.I am a die hard fan of Deadline and am so glad it’s in the neighborhood.
I love it when a shot-in-the-dark punt pays off. We weren't even sure it was open, because the interior is cool and dark. Staff were super friendly, we chose Crispy Chicken Sandwiches for brunch - what a great call! The hot sauce was a revelation (duck fat is the secret ingredient) and the toasted brioche bun was terrific as well - decent structure and just sweet enough to provide the right flavor balance.Very cool bar, we will return!
Solid spot after a Mariners game to wait out the traffic. The happy hour goes till 630, and the options on the HH menu are good. The Mexican corn is perfect, and we had a pea salad that was amazing. The drinks are good and the location comfortable.... If you are walking by, go for it!

Loved my time here with friends staff treated us with the upmost respect and made great drinks and my friend let them know his brisket and arepas were probably the best food he's eaten, the arepas are lome grilled cheese cakes sotb style
In my first two trips to Dead Line, I enjoyed both the food and beverage - enough to bring my wife when we were in town unexpectedly on a flight delay. We walked in the restaurant and were 'greeted' by a staff member who immediately asked for our vaccination card and ID.I presented our test result taken 24 hours before and my ID, and he said that "state law requires you to be vaccinated". I explained that was not the law, and that both state law and King County regulations say restaurants can accept a test taken within 72 hours. He still refused to seat us, again citing a 'state law' that he himself does not even know. We left.So one of two things is happening here: either the establishment is not properly training staff on the laws that do apply, or the restaurant has chosen to treat people who are not vaccinated as unacceptable to be their customers, and pass it off as state law and not own their policy. Either way - not good.I actually went to the website to send this feedback directly, but their only feedback links are to leave a review. So my review is: I had to spend my $100 dollars elsewhere that night.
Food is beyond exquisite so many blend of flavors can feel the tingles on your tongue. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Quality of the food is on point. Really enjoyed the two entrees I ordered and oh my gosh the dessert was beyond delish pistachio gelato.
Walked in here on a weekday and it was very cozy and inviting - staff was knowledgable and friendly. We got the potatos bravas for happy hour and then some drinks to accompany it. Stay for an extra round, couldn't stay longer because the price point was a little high but all in all a nice experience.
