Their gelato was extremely good. Service was alright but definitely worth the stop for their gelato.

Good selection of flavors, the ice cream is OK, a bit less creamy than what one would expect for gelato. Service is a bit slower, and the table we set at wasn't wiped - had some dried up ice cream drips. Two flavors in a waffle cone cost about $7 US

We tried several times to go the the shop for ice cream but the line was always too long. There are two locations at the Savannah airport - before and after security. No lines. Same ice cream. It is good quality ... but not sure.

Went there tonight and got in right before closing. We were in line and we’re so excited for gelato and an affogato. We’ve honestly been customers for many, many years, and though service has never been great, tonight caused me to leave this review. There was a couple in front of us getting service, so the time passed beyond 10. At 10:02 the self proclaimed high school manager said they were closed and that we could go down to salt n straw for ice cream, but they were closed. She had a bus to catch. That may all have been true, but there are kinder ways to communicate that to customers. She did seem flustered and uncomfortable in delivering this announcement, but if she treats long-time customers this way I don’t know how you expect to stay in business. We won’t be back. We’ll go to Fainting Goat from now on.

Good gelato spot located in Ballard. Not really much seating but Ballard has a lot of out door seating and is a nice place to walk around. The chocolate was good, not as rich as I’d like it to be but still good.

Got the Tiramisu and it's horrible. This gelato tastes so strongly of some sort of sharp cherry/almond amaretto that it tastes nothing like Tiramisu. No coffee notes, no notes of chocolate, no other flavors except for the terrible overwhelming syrupy alcohol flavor. 0/10.

Something must have happened. Maybe the power went out or something. The gelato was melting already. Staff was unsurprisingly bad, as usual. We had a party of people and none of what we ordered tasted any better than McDonald's icecream. I don't see them surviving if this wasn't a one off

Excellent Italian ice cream I have been looking for. The only place better was the gelato store in Italy, I guess their cows are better. Anyway, I got the strawberry sorbet, hazelnut and pistachio. The sorbet tasted like strawberry daiquiri. The pistachio was good but I think I like the hazelnut better. The hazelnut was a little more richer. They need to add the option for more nut toppings because I like extra nuts in my gelato. I will definitely return.

I love D'Ambrosio Gelato. An amazing gelato shop in Ballard. Walked in pretty late on a weekday and it still had folks in there. We ordered the Theo Chocolate and Pistachio flavors and also the Picante (Spicy Italian Chocolate). We devoured our gelatos. It was nice and creamy. For chocolate lovers I would highly recommend Theo Chocolate. Pistachio is delicious and I could get some pistachio bites in my gelato. Loved it. Portions are plenty but when it comes to gelatos who is complaining? Highly recommend!

Really good gelato! I've tried Sicilian Espresso, Lavender & Blackberry, Theo Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Pistachio. They all GREAT! The waffle cone tasted generic and is probably not worth the extra $1.Dine in with proof of vaccination.
