Nice clean hotel with some great staff

Very clean hotel and rooms with excellent service!

great Reflections restaurant within, beds in room plump n comfy, coffee maker. Very near the airport. Found the shuttle driver to be a little lazy and picked n choose those with light or small luggage. Other than that great place to stay especially near the airport

When we checked I was a little grumpy… Yet, I was treated very cordial and friendly. I Apologize ✌?The room was very clean and comfortable and it’s close to the airport.We also dined in the restaurant and made it in time for “Happy Hour” ?Our server Sylvia made us feel comfortable as we dined.I give the restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️The food was prepared well and plated with care but was not my favorite.

The hotel may look tired from the outside but those rooms are popping in the inside. Very comfortable great sleep. The restaurant was very expensive and the fish was not that great. It seems like pilots come here to drink away their problems. I recommend this hotel for convenience, a great sleep but not the restaurant, but that’s on me

We parked our car at this hotel. The shuttle and front desk service is perfect. Shuttles run 7/24. We arrived in SeaTac before 5 am. And had not to wait for the shuttle at all.You can walk to the terminal from this hotel too.Will certainly use it again.

Rooms were nice.Messed up my credit card, no hair dryers in the room, bathroom exhaust did not work.Went to the restaurant for dinner. Asked for no grape tomatoes on our pizza it came out covered. The soup was yummy! . Beds were comfortable. Liked the 12pm check out. Didn't like having to pay for parking on top of the hotel. With so many other options we will go to another hotel our next visit

We stayed here the night after our Alaska cruise before flying home the next day. We arrived early, about 1 pm, and room was ready and waiting. We were upgraded to an executive room, #1020, thanks to my Spire status with IHG. I used points and got a good rate. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very functional, and the first thing I noticed was a bottle of mouthwash amongst the amenities. I haven't seen many "extras" since COVID. The room had a fridge and safe but no microwave. The bed was comfortable with decent pillows. There was a large shower but no tub. We had a distant view of Denny's and airport parking lots. There was a wardrobe, desk, and dresser. The TV was very good and large with many channels, including all local, many sports, some Canadian ones, and HGTV. We didn't do breakfast but did eat dinner in Reflections (there will be a separate review for that). The shuttle service the next morning was packed to capacity, but everyone was wearing a mask, and all seemed safe! We got off at the 1st stop because I'm always worried about someone taking our luggage before our stop! It meant a little longer walk, but it made me more comfortable. In conclusion, I was pleasantly surprised. The building was older and probably something else originally, but the decor was very good, everything was clean, and the staff, both hotel and restaurant, all top notch! If you don't want to use the shuttle, the hotel is easily walkable to the Light Rail station with access to the airport after a long walk through short term parking. It would even work for a local professional sports event or other visit to downtown with such easy access to Light Rail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again, if needing accommodations near the SEATAC.

So far so good ,clean comfortable ,friendly staff upscale food and reasonably priced wine by the bottle,what’s not to like.

The evening of my stay, I realized I had lost one earring of a very special pair. When checking out the following morning, I mentioned my loss to the kind gentleman working the front desk. He took down my information and said he would ask housekeeping to keep an eye out for it while cleaning the room. The lovely housekeeper phoned me later in the morning with the sad news that she hadn’t found it. However, later in the day, another guest found it out in the parking lot and turned it in to the afternoon front desk crew. Due to great teamwork and communication among all members of the staff, they knew how to reconnect the lost and now found earring with its’ rightful owner. Ms. June and Ms. Brittany both telephoned me and navigated the logistics of the return. This staff is amazing! Their dedication to their guests’ happiness and well-being, their follow-through, and can-do attitudes are truly a gift to this traveler! Thank you to all of you for being amazing!
