Jason, reached out to me after I had a bad experience and made things right. He also thanked me for the feedback and said it will help improve their training & customer experience. Thanks!
Great atmosphere and great service! Also we asked our waiter for the seafood recommendations from a locals perspective and Huma Huma was great! Thanks guys!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed our conversation about spirits. Was not able to take a tour. Hopefully next time.
Ran into this newer (2013) distillery while traveling and was incredibly impressed with the quality of thier work on Whiskey and Gin. So impressed that we ordered bottles to have shipped home. If you're liquor shopping, you MUST look for it, they ship to over 30 of the states. Some that you may not find though unless you are on their site....Whiskey 42 which has a great Scotch feel, as it's peated and full of spice with nice fruit and floral notes was great! The Gin aged in Bourbon barrels is amazing and was an ABSOLUTE must for our collection, the server mentioned it with a cocktail but I wouldn't dare do anything other than a little water or shaken over ice.
Great place. Great spirits. Great owners
Incredible experience. Very friendly. Great whiskey and gin. One of the highlights of our trip to Seattle.
Looked forward to visiting Copper Works but we were very disappointed. 4 of us went there on Saturday Nov 6 and were presented with a barrel of free hand sanitizers, which was very precious to us. Went up stairs and were impressed with the visual of the distilling operation but didn’t tour. We sat at a table directly in front of the 3/4 servers behind the bar. Sat for a while and finally asked if we needed to approach the bar for recognition or if someone is coming. “Oh yah, we are just dividing up our workload”. We asked for two flights of their pours and got what we asked for, we guess? He brought two sample carriers with four pours each. He mumbled out what each plastic cup held, and walked away. No spec sheet of each whiskey gin or vodka being presented. So trying to guess what each one was was ‘difficult’. Tried to ask and something was mumbled out again. Absolutely no pride indicated or presented in their crafted liquor. Total disappointment in our experience. What could make it better? Maybe show some interest in your craft. I had researched the place before coming and saw they had an opportunity for investors to buy in. Interesting I thought, maybe a couple thousand? Hah, not after our experience. We did grab a malted vodka. Delicious. Probably the last we will purchase. Too much competition out there to become loyal to an uninterested group.
Great spirits, loved getting the flight to try a variety. Keep in mind they don't have mixed drinks, that was our mistake ☺️
Great place and great spirits. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, humorous, and so welcoming. I enjoyed talking with Ethan to learn about the spirits made here and more about the industry. The presentation of the spirits was second to none.
Delicious WA made spirits. Both whiskeys I tried, 034 and 038, were good enough that I bought a bottle of each!
