Copine was sadly one of the most disappointing meals I have had in a long time. The entire experience was just mediocre, at best. Our server was bizarre and offered us options at the wrong time. For example, she offered us the wine pairing after we had already ordered (and received) a bottle of wine for 2 people. Our food was nothing special (though presentation was beautiful). Dungeness crab salad had too much mayo and too little flavor. Foie gras was very smooth but not enough to cut the richness (and also not enough toast). My husband was served a filet of fish that was literally half the size of our dining partner’s. When I mentioned it to our server she said, “Oh, ya, those are two different sizes” and walked away. My pork tenderloin was flavorful and cooked well, but I didn’t like any of the accompaniments, only the meat. The ricotta ”to finish” was fine. The tapioca pudding was unique and flavorful and may have been my favorite dish of the night. Overall, I was sorely disappointed in the meal. I had high expectations and Copine was just a major letdown.
The food was incredible!!! We tried the mocktail pairing with the food and it did not disappoint. You have the option of going with the standard 3 course or you can add on another course for $10, which is what we did. The vegetarian food was outstanding - I let the restaurant know in advance about dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. The service was wonderful. Everyone at Copine were extremely friendly! Can’t wait to go back there.
Excellent service. Great food and drinks. Thoughtful wine list. Pleasant staff. The only knock is that pre-fixe is the only option, but oh well… . We’ll be back. Highly recommended.
Excellent service by J and great food, quiet ambiance. Second time there.
Went here last night for my birthday and our experience was truly amazing. My boyfriend and I love trying out new places and this restaurant did not disappoint. Every dish we had was phenomenal and the wine pairing was exceptional as well. I love how intimate the restaurant is and the staff were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends. Dinner was pricy for two, but for special occasions 100% worth every penny.
the only reason for the 4/5 stars was because i didn't dine in. other than that this place serves the best pork chops i have ever had- not dry at all and so juicy. along with a delicious desert of sweet potatoes with in-house made marshmallows. would definitely reccomend if you're feeling like trying something new and delicious
An ever changing, upscale menu with a diverse selection of American dishes with a strong French influence. Your pallette will be pleased with the amazing culinary experience.
Delicious food and awesome staff, thank you for the wonderful dining experience! We love a limited, course-based menu with a wine pairing, such a chill way to have a delicious, curated meal. Can't wait to come back!
Great service. Cocktails are OK. Often weird. Sent 2 of them back. Food is expertly made and good, but not amazing. And really expensive. Like $400+ for 2 people, but wasn't as good as many $200+ meals I've had in Seattle.
For some reason my pictures won't post but really great visually appealing dishes that are tasty and beautiful
