Oh. My. GOATness!!! Sooooo good. My Cuban sandwich was RICH and thick; it lasted me through lunch *and* dinner. The turkey club was so fresh and so light, light. My 2 picky toddlers WOLFED-down the grilled cheese. And last, but certainly not least, the cookies... oh, the cookies... these chocolate chip, walnut masterpieces should have their own bakery spin-off. Think about it. ?
An outstanding gem that makes me feel as good as the food tastes!In this day and age it's almost impossible to eat somewhere without some kind of guilt... either for paying too much, or the quality lacks, or the company is negatively impacting the community/their employees. But none of this applies to the Conscious Eatery. The food is incredible fresh, the produce is top notch (anyone who loves Arugula knows how important that is), and the flavors knock it out the dang park. Portion sizes are arguably perfect, and if you need to bulk your meal up, the add on costs are more than reasonable.But beyond the incredible food of CE--is the people and the mission. For just a few dollars, you can "make it a meal" and add delicious sides (I recommend the conscious cookie and potato salad!), you have now covered the cost of a meal for someone in need. So far they've fed like 68 THOUSAND people with this program?? I can get some delicious extras while helping feed my community--it literally cant get any easier than that.They are EXTREMELY covid conscious and always err on the side of safety for their customers and employees. It's one of the only restaurants I've continued to eat at during the Pandemic because I know without a shadow of a doubt not only will my food preparation will be safe, but the quality has stayed sky high.I recommend ordering online or their Chow Now App (which takes apple cash) so you can pick up and go, ordering in person can be a little slow during lunch (i learned my lesson once oops!).10/10/10! I cannot recommend enough.

I love everything about Conscious Eatery! A close friend of Chaz and Cierra took me to lunch there and I am now a forever fan. The food is obviously amazing, both clean and absolutely delicious. But the love that emanates from the owners and the mission is what has me sold! Support them in every way you can, as the love will ripple on far beyond your imagination! ?
Amazing food. I actually had to scroll through the reviews to figure out how it’s not 4.9 or a flat 5 stars (typical idiots). Across an order of two grilled cheeses, a salad, and a dipped sandwich, plus some sides, it was all excellent and unanimously liked by the whole family. I really appreciate the ability to customise the sandwiches online -the Fuego but with pulled pork, pickles, and onions, on sourdough. Game changer. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a really long time and I love sandwiches. Also honourable mention for the fact I forgot to order water for my kid and they just gave me a bottle for free. Packaging of my togo order also stellar: clearly labelled, nothing crushed, followed instructions on napkins and utensils. Only negative thing I have to say is the “make it a meal” thing on the menu was sorta confusing. I eventually figured out how to add it on the menu so either I’m dumb or maybe there’s a better way to do that. I’ll be back!
Curbside pick up is well organized.Placed my order over the phone.Parked, walked right up to the front door where they have a pay/pick-up station. Very easy to-go option for South Seattle lunch.Sandwich & salad was great!Don’t forget to order a cookie, you deserve it.
