Food is decent quality as usual. It has been a few minutes with the pandemic and all. But the new kiosk ordering??? Thanks for being impersonal. /s/ That’s not what I came back for.Update 6/26. No pride taken in this food. What happened? No tomatoes. Cold fries. $6.49 shake that’s not even blended and chocolate smeared down the side. This used to be really unique, well made food.
Okay, I've eaten at Coastline many times, but... Over i'd say the last couple of years it's gotten worse, not better. The burger! Well, it's a cheap thin patty and it doesn't look that appealing (think Mcdonalds, maybe not that grey color though). The bun while it's a different style bun than traditional, it's very dry. In fact I think the entire burger is very dry almost like it's 95% lean meat. Fat is flavor so I deduct a lot from this burger because of it's lack of juiciness. The accoutrements like the onion and pickles are fresh, added points there, but that's where it kind of ends. The burger, is like maybe 20% smaller than most burgers that you'll buy anywhere else (less than an average size). The shake! The vanilla shake here is fantastic. The flavor is good, the size is a bit small and the straw is a drink straw so be prepared for a workout. The shoestring fries! Very good. If you don't like large potato-style fries and you like the thiner shoestring ones, you'll love these fries. Service! So for some reason they went to a kiosk. Points deducted as a kiosk is just another reason not to tip and lack a real reason to even have a walk in store. For goodness sake, just take peoples order, have a smile and say thank you for the business. It is after all a service industry. Price! Pretty expensive. We ordered 3 shakes, an order of fries and 3 burgers, one of them a veggie burger. 50ish dollars. That's too much. Though the next burger place we went to the following day at the beach (tasted way better) was 70 dollars but that was two orders of fries. Tip was the same both days. I think a three star is pretty spot on.

Very bad customer service. Yes the food was fantastic. They give me access to inside (WITH OUT OF MASK)to make order and after that they tell me you have to go outside. I-show my vaccine card and they just cancel.Never again!!!WHY?Because they can take my money and they didn’t seem to care about anything but that. After that they made a problem which should’ve been said in the first place before I even made the order- but they let me do that. And suddenly right after it turned out to be a problem. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.Thank you !!!
We’re lucky and have lived just a few feet from Coastline since opening. Ordering ahead has always been clutch even before COVID, but our experience tonight was less than ideal.I arrived a few minutes before the estimated ready time and checked in with the team up front, letting them know the name and that I was early.About 10 minutes go by (5 after it should be ready), and I still haven’t gotten a text. No biggie. I walk up front as soon as I get the text and see my order sitting at the front of the queue, meaning it’s been sitting there awhile. I gesture that my order is that one and am admonished to not reach over the partition. I’m handed my order and it’s clearly room temp.There were 3 expeditors managing pick-up who called “Order up for XYZ” for other orders while I was waiting, so I’m not sure what the communication breakdown was with mine. But I walked out with cold food and the attitude that came with it (literal silence as I walked out) was off putting.

Burgers are great. Had a couple of issues with the chicken being under cooked though.
Wow, great burgers and fries. Will cook medium rare if requested. Toppings were fresh and flavorful. Cooked to order.
Friendly staff!! Easy ordering and take out set up! Everyone is helpful and communication is good between cooks-and the one serving you aswell as letting customers know how long til their food will be ready! Not to mention the food is fabulous ?
Convenient for quick burger. Their house mad sauce is amazing. My favorite is the spicy burger
