Wonderful lunch box options. Best chicken curry I’ve hade in awhile. Looking forward to coming back when the buffet is open again!

I have tried multiple Indian restaurants in Seattle, and Chutneys is by far the best. Incredible food.

We wandered in Chutneys by accident and stayed for lunch. Buffet style with good variety. Clean and well managed. Our waiter was attentive and polite. Vegetable dishes were fresh and delicious. The chai tea was exceptionally good. Will return when in the area.

This is my go-to place to grab good and affordable Indian food. I'm especially partial to the daal maharani, garlic naan, and mango lassi - I've yet to try the mango smoothie, but as soon as it heats up outside that will be top of my list

I started going to this place after they started the buffet again. The food quality was inconsistent. Today I popped in for their usual buffet, the food tasted stale, the fruit stand had stale cuts of pineapple and watermelon, I tried a few pieces, the watermelon tasted like it was refrigerated along with other fermented items, it had strong fermentation smell to it, I could not eat them, I got up to pay and leave, the waiter said to me, why did you leave those pieces of watermelon behind, you are wasting our food, nearly causing a scene in front of everyone, I flat out told him they taste stale and had a strong fermentation smell to them, Indians are known for their frugality but this establishment takes it to a whole new level, I will not go here again, this is the worst Indian food joint I been to, if I could give them 0 stars I would but I am forced to rate them at least 1 star.

The food tastes as good as it looks. Nice and pleasant ambiance indoors or enjoy outdoor seating by the fountain. Wonderful and professional staff.

Best buffet I've found so far! Newish to Seattle but damn, the food was good..... Will be back!

Chutney's is my absolute favorite. They're pomegranate chicken is AMAZING and my go to meal for special occasions and just plain old weeknight hunger.

The stuffed naans are pricier than at Saffron grill. Mango chicken and the seafood curry are both very tender. Overall, the food is pretty average. Speedy service. Restaurant could use better ventilation.

Best tasting Indian food I’ve had in the area. A little pricy for the proportions, but not that unusual for the area. Definitely recommend. Try their pomegranate chicken.
