First time here. Not just the best vegan bahn mi sandwich I’ve ever had (also my bf’s), but the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Both people working today were so nice. They gave us a free spring roll and gave someone a free meal. In all sincerity, this place restored my faith in humanity. Seriously.
What a great find! You would not expect this little place to have such amazing food, so read the hundreds of good reviews they have. The person who greeted us was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. My friend described the fried rice as the best fried rice they’ve ever had; and they aren’t even vegan! Good job, ChuMihn!
The best food in Seattle!!! We have come to this place 3 times in a 2 week span. Their menu is great, and their banh mihs are superior. The amount of love and care put into feeding their customers is clear. We love visiting here any time we can because their menu is amazing, they compassionately give back to the people in need and the little Saigon community, moderately priced for Seattle, and most importantly VEGAN!!! ? come for the people and the food.
The guy who left the review before mine named Ram is 100% incorrect. This IS THE BEST vegan food around. The employees are very nice and the food tastes delicious. ?
First time there 6/14/22 with family - Good Variety of Banh mi and soup noodles, they even have a nice selection of buffet food that I haven't found at any other locations in Seattle or Eastside! Tasty food and meets our taste, I'd say try it even if you're not a vegetarian or vegan! I so wish this is at the East side Bellevue, Redmond or Lynnwood, especially great if they can be located with lunch buffet around the working businesses. I'll definitely go there again!
I love this place. Even when i moved to the Olympic Peninsula I would make a special trip to get fried banana flowers to make stir fried rice at home for the kids. They love those banana flowers. All their food is amazing. I have eaten almost everything they have and I am never disappointed. I have many food allergies and I always leave with food for days. It's so nice to have a place with so many options for me. Always so nice. The owner is such a wonderful person. So sweet and helpful. I can not praise this place enough.
Best pad Thai I've ever had, and it's vegan, great bonus! Great egg rolls. Just an amazing Thai food experience, great staff, and a restaurant that gives back to the community.
This is the best food, so much home made tofu love and yummy at this place. My kids devoured the buffet and the bahn mi is heavenly. The staff, the sea turtles, the sustainability factor, all of it beautiful. So grateful this place exists, happy to support and get best meal.

He got me hot tea and banh cam to settle in with. I ordered bo bia (autumn rolls), vegan pho, and roasted pork banh mi (to go).The banh cam had a thick dough and it was huge. Two of those could've been a whole meal.Everything I ordered was delicious and they were so kind! My favorite was definitely the banh mi. It was even good after I had refridgerated it. The best part was the vegan butter and vegan pate. I absolutely loved it, best vegan banh mi I've had.
