While we did get ice cream-which was good- this review is for the Hawaiian sea salt caramels. They were so good, my husband (who doesn't really care for salted chocolate at all) ate the rest of the box I purchased! He even asked if there were more, so you know they were great! If I lived closer, I would go back and try different candies each time.
Meh, 7 dollar scoop of okay s’mores ice cream. But I guess you’re paying for the fact it’s “small batch locally made” cute shop, nice workers. Don’t think the quality and taste of the ice cream match the price though
They have water on tap but won't let customers have it, even when the customer offers to buy a cup, was told I could buy a bottled water instead. Absolutely disgraceful especially as temperatures are on the rise.
The ice cream was great!! And the guy behind the counter was very friendly especially for being the only one with a lot of customers in the store thank you!
2 days in a row, I decided to stop in and get some chocolate, didn’t look like anyone was in the shop. Then I see her, hiding behind a wall behind the counter, on her phone, laughing. She didn’t even know I was there so I walked out.The next day I walked by the shop, thought I’d try again. There were 2 guys standing by the chocolates, they had been there for a few minutes from what I could tell. Again, it was like no one was behind the counter, but there she was, hiding on the other side of the wall, head down, looking at her phone, not paying ANY attention to us. This ticked me off.I said “excuse me, can we get some help?” She comes over. I ask her for what I want, dark chocolate sea foam, she kept pointing at things “is this it?” No, I pointed a few times, she finally got it on the 3rd try. She rang me up at the counter and went back to help the other 2 guys.If I were the owner of this place and knew how little she cared about customer service, I’d have to have a long chat with her and a few warnings because she doesn’t care if you’re losing money, she just cares about her phone.Maybe give her a chair or something so she can sit out from behind the wall and at least see customers when they enter, even if she’s on her phone. At least she’ll know there are people there that need service. If I see her doing this again, I’ll say something to her myself. It’s pretty bad to see this 2 days in a row. Maybe she’s a family member and that’s why she gets away with it.
We came here the other night for some ice cream. The shop is cute and sells some fun merchandise, but the ice cream is pretty basic. The girl behind the counter didn't say anything when we came in (we were the only ones in there). She seemed preoccupied with something behind the counter so we had to get her attention. The ice cream is a little pricey, but that's to be expected right downtown. I would probably choose another shop in the area next time for more variety and a more energetic atmosphere.

We were a little disappointed here. We got 4 smoothies and an ice cream scoop. The gal in there was very friendly, but was by herself and was rushed with the line going out the door. The smoothies were like thick slushees with odd taste. Expected them to be different. The ice cream we got was good. Little slow service, but friendly, with not so tasting smoothies. We probably should have gotten something that they specialize like the chocolate. The place was clean.
