for brunch we got mysore masala dosa (spicy signature dosa). The dosa came with 2 chutneys ( peanut chutney & spicy tomato chutney) and sambhar. The chutneys and sambhar were amazing and each of them tastes similar to what we get in india. Coming to dosa it is the biggest point and the masala was fresh and tastes good, juicy too which made dosa very tasty. They applied red chutney on dosa which is nice

Love this restaurant. This place one of the best and authentic south indian delicacies. We usually order the kerala chicken masala, kerala lamb curry, chicken chettinadu, mysore masala dosa and medu vada. Each of their entrees come with rice and freshly made flaky kerala parathas. Their curries are so flavorful and delicious. Prior to the pandemic they used to serve amazing complimentary chai you can order some now a la carte. Overall love my dining experience here each time I come.

This is my be favorite Indian restaurant in University district neighborhood. This time I ordered the vegetarian thali and my husband got the special non vegetarian thali. Everything tasted good and we had a good meal. Their dosas are also pretty good but it’s been a while I have had it here. Ambience can be improved by de cluttering but again the pandemic time has been hard on many businesses.

Holy moly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! A group of four of us came on a Sunday around noon, where we were immediately greeted and seated. We were checked on the perfect amount and food came about ten minutes from ordering. Our waitress was really attentive to the dietary needs of our group and made great suggestions. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and homey. Would definitely recommend!

The place has very savory south indian food and it will surely become my go to place. It is not that expensive but can be crowded so be ready for huge wait times. It is a must visit for anyone who is looking for homely cooked dosa, vada, samosas etc. The mango and spicy lassi were lip smacking as well.

Ordered Chicken Chettinad that came with rice and malabar paratha. It's one of the best Indian food I have had in Seattle. The restaurant is small with tables placed very close to each other, but with food this good I don't mind the seating.

Very nice experience! The food here is some of the best South Indian food I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of it because my wife is from Tamil Nadu. Anila made us feel right at home. The Mysore masala dosa is my favorite. This place is very to the point without too many thrills as it should be and the food very cheap and delicious!

Home style comfort food, special thali is very good value. We will go again! The lady owner is very warm and friendly and there are tons of vegan options.

Food was delicious and served piping hot, fresh off the stove. Very sweet staff. Very deserving of the business they get. Easily my favorite Indian restaurant in the U District.

Worst food I have ever had! Any Indian can find they are serving all frozen foods. I don't want to give even that 1 star. But no option in Google. For the same price there are best restaurants like Anjappar. I can buy frozen food and reheat for that the price is really too much
