Pretty good service and food. I do wish the Daal was more flavorful and the gulab jamun less sweet though. Note that you have to pay for parking except a few spots in the front

loved the food here!! brought someone not super familiar with indian food and she enjoyed it very much. the flavors are good, but medium hot is still pretty much zero spice. even great flavor without the spice, though. paneer is wonderful here and the garlic naan is to die for. also, great price!! atmosphere is nice and staff is nice. also, great vegetarian options!

The food is amazing, the service is quick, and the building is a fun throwback to old Seattle. Using their app is pretty much the primary way to order and pay, which I find convenient, but some may miss the ritual of browsing a menu and ordering from a server. Because it's Seattle, parking is limited and confusing because you park in a lot across the street and not next to the restaurant, which may get you fined or towed for not paying for parking. Basically signage for parking is poor, but it's not really Cedars fault.

Perfect portions, delicious naan, and nice location with parking. Love this place.

Delicious and generous portions, the lamb mango curry was amazing with melt in your mouth meat, huge freshly baked naan! all of our dishes were excellent and great location next to UW and in a cute old house.

Wow. Cedars is a wonderful spot for Indian food. They have a large menu, and the service is fast! The atmosphere of the restaurant is loud once there's a few tables seated, but it feels homey in a way. The mango curry lamb is quite delicious, and I love how they serve their naan. You place your order on your phone at the table which is a little confusing at first but I see more and more restaurants doing this at the moment. Overall, great place!

Best Indian food in city, for past 40 years or so. Great tender lamb dishes; nice tasty textured vegetarian dishes; with attentive professional service. The surrounding neighborhood - gone! Grocery, drug store, small commercial - gone gone gone! The kitchen at Cedars continues unfazed by the skyscrapers and new density. One ding against the food - The sweet sauces are a bit too sweet for this palette. Excellent authentic chai - in a white porcelain cup just like you get on the street corners in Mumbai!

If you’re looking authentic Indian food or any random Indian food in a hurry I DON’T recommend this place. The place is a mess very low tier maintenance and unkempt tables and restrooms. To the Restaurant: Sorry, but you guys need to improve by a hugeeee bracket.

This place is amazing!! The food was wonderful and the service was great too. We definitely ordered too much food but we don't regret it because everything was so delicious!! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a very filling and flavorful meal. 10/10!

I would like my words to be taken into account so that this place shines like a diamond.
