Delicious and generous portions, the lamb mango curry was amazing with melt in your mouth meat, huge freshly baked naan! all of our dishes were excellent and great location next to UW and in a cute old house.

Best Indian food in city, for past 40 years or so. Great tender lamb dishes; nice tasty textured vegetarian dishes; with attentive professional service. The surrounding neighborhood - gone! Grocery, drug store, small commercial - gone gone gone! The kitchen at Cedars continues unfazed by the skyscrapers and new density. One ding against the food - The sweet sauces are a bit too sweet for this palette. Excellent authentic chai - in a white porcelain cup just like you get on the street corners in Mumbai!

I had lamb. It was the toughest meat I ever tried to eat. I should have sent back, but I took it home for the cats. They wouldn’t eat it, but neighbor’s dog did.

I was pretty underwhelmed by this place. There are so many great options for Indian food in Seattle, and this isn’t one of them. The food is alright but definitely affordable, and the service was good even as businesses struggle to recover and return from covid times. I wouldn’t come back here but could definitely see this being a good option for college students in the area!

Had a group of 6 here the other day. I loved their onion Naan. We ordered a bunch of food from both the vegetarian and the meat eater sides. They were attentive and kind. Plenty of leftovers. A staple for the area, I'm grateful they are still around.

Incredible curry that is consistently good, the mango curry is a favorite of mine. The dining experience left a little bit to be desired though. The tables are usually sticky and the waiters are nice but either understaffed or inattentive, especially during covid times

Used to go here a few years back, and came back for another visit for the butter chicken curry. The chicken was very tender and tasty with the curry. The staff were also nice as always! It was nice seeing them again after these few years.

Great food. Dining experience left a lot to be desired. Our table was filthy, the digital menus card was filthy, water glasses had lipstick on them, replacement glasses were filthy. Three tables of people and two waiters but still terribly inattentive service.

Clean space, friendly staff & excellent food! Cedars has been a staple restaurant for me the past four years of college. I would highly recommend going!

Food is very good. Portions are huge. Staff is friendly and efficient. The spices are aromatic and tasty.
