Carmelos offered me an opportunity like no other… the mixture of chorizo, potato, and cheese with the soft crunch of the tortilla was a marriage of flavors in my mouth. Of my short 24 years on this Earth. Carmelos is by far my new favorite restaurant. Carmelos will now be an intimate staple in my life from here on out. Thank you Carmelos. Thank you.

So good. Friendly, clean and excellent food. The quesobirra tacos are not on the To-Go menu but they are amazing.
This place is great. Down and dirty taqueria that has all your typical meats. The burrito I got was huge and the chicken was very juicy. I love that their green sauce isn't too spicy. The place is very big with plenty of places to sit.
I order takeout from Carmelos every time I crave tacos. They make the best Mexican-style tacos I have ever had in the Northwest.Normally it’s very hard to find authentic style Mexican food this far north. But Carmelos is an oasis in a desert of TexMex.I also really enjoy their salsas, some of them are properly spicy too.
Best tacos and quesadillas in Seattle (so far). They have 4 meat options for tacos, and they're all so good and different I struggle deciding which one not to get (I get 3 tacos).Quesadillas are huge and well-stuffed with meat and cheese. People here are very nice. The music is always fun. Short wait, not expensive, great place to go for a small bite or a big meal because you can always order more or less tacos.
Great taco spot such good flavors! Came here on a weekday for lunch and found street parking directly across the street. When we came inside there was a lunch time crowd but found seating inside.The birria tacos were so good! Burrito was a little small in my opinion but over all great food. Would come back again.
Delicious! I’m Mexican and I can say this is some of the best fast Mexican in Seattle. Love their handmade tortillas! The mulitas are my favorite thing on the menu!
The place was busy, service was good and the tacos were pretty decent with the amount of meat in them. The Birria tacos were good, but not as good as in a few places in the Tampa Florida area.
Usually go to Tacos Chuki's for my taco cravings but this place was just as good. Really good menu. Had the chicken and pork. Really delicious and didn't wait a long time. Prices are good. Give this a shot. Parking can be tricky but your in Seattle, so.
