This is a great drive-in restaurant. I grew up in Florida, and we had a pretty good one in my hometown, that doesn't really exist on this coast. But when I moved into my new apartment and saw this place was so close, I knew I had to try it. It's absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. The servers are always very nice as well.

Delicious burgers, fish and chips and top notch fries. Won't lie, price is a bit high. But they claim their hamburger meat is fresh and local meat. So i suppose it's worth the extra couple bucks.

Been here dozens of times and never had a problem until today. I ordered 3 meals for my family to share. The bun on my burger was still partially frozen. I got halfway through my fries and suddenly tasted something awful; I can only describe it as tasting “fecal”. Had to spit it out and rinse my mouth out. Mother in law said her burger meat tasted rancid. My server, who I won’t name so he won’t be retaliated against, was the only decent person working here. When I asked for a refund, the shift supervisor made him pay me with money out of his own wallet! (I paid with a credit card;) she said she couldn’t find my order, even though I had paid less than 10 minutes prior. I waited another 10 minutes for them to sort this all out, so my wife came inside wondering what was taking so long.Instead of being apologetic and acting with professionalism, they kept making excuses and disrespecting my wife. When I told them I was going to make a complaint to the Department of Health, the supervisor’s response was, “go ahead, I don’t care.”I worked in food service for many years and they broke every rule in the business. Never eating there or at any other Burgermaster again.

I'm actually writing about a visit that was almost a year ago. I took my mom to Burgermaster before her appointment at Northwest Hospital. Great food! Our car battery died. After I attempted to start the car, and was calling for roadside assist, one of the restaurant ladies realized we were in trouble and brought out one of those hand-held jumpstarter packs and competently connected it to our battery and we were good-to-go. Such a great, old school drive-in--and veggie burgers, too!

people are fast n very energetic to make the customers happy.

Service: Was Excellent I really appreciated the woman who served me I loved that she gave me recommendations and I felt was very genuine with her thoughts which is always appreciated. The Quality of the food was decent, I wasn't impressed with the Patty honestly the size of my meal was good just the Quality didn't impress me. I will say me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the Milkshake and the options though.

We have been enjoying Burgermaster over 50 yrs. The first one in Ballard, get a red star on your receipt get a free burger & shake. I was 11 yrs.old, like hitting the lottery! Been eating on Aurora at least every other week, best burger in town! Our last visit 2 wks. ago meat seemed a little chewy. Understand burgers getting smaller but hope you didn't change the meat. Great service, great food! Just hope you did not change the meat.

Just darn good burgers. Really liked the veggie burger and fries were good too. Just something nostalgic about a drive-in, and the staff are very friendly and fast! Malted milkshakes sounded good too, and plenty of flavors :) also appreciate how they have a good variety on their menu from fish and chips, chicken tenders, fish burgers, grilled cheese with varieties, and mini meal sizes!

Very friendly wait staff that come out to your car and take your order. Definitely a dog friendly establishment. The server came out twice with dog treats for our dogs while we were waiting for our order to be delivered. Very good burgers and their french fries are excellent.

Burgermaster is a bit of a rare breed in the age of drive through, or dine in, as you do everything without needing to leave your car. You park, read the menu, turn on your lights when you're ready and the server comes out to take your order. If you want to "dine in," they come out with a tray that hooks to your window and you're ready to eat. If you're big on meat, I recommend the baconmaster with fries, it's more than enough to fill you up. Their shake are good too! Thick, but not thick enough to block a straw.
