We’re in the process of figuring out some allergies in our house while birthdays are happening. I ordered a gluten free, dairy free cake (how can a cake be made without either?) and was blown away at both how beautiful it was and HOW DELICIOUS IT WAS! I can’t say enough good things about it. Might be the best cake of any kind that I’ve had! I’m sad I live in Seattle and can’t be at the proctor farmers market every weekend.
Tried the vegan/gluten free chocolate chip cookie and ordered a delicious vegan/gluten free birthday cake. Both were to die for! Even the non-vegans were going back for seconds.
I ordered a vanilla smash cake from Lillian for my 2 year old's birthday. She absolutely knocked it out of the park and I couldn't have been more pleased. It was, hands down, the best cake I have ever had. Great texture, amazing flavor, and beautiful! The love and attention she put into the cake was palpable. Thank you so much Lillian for making my baby's birthday even more special.
I got cookies made for my daughter's 1st birthday and people were wishing we had more. So excited to have found this bakery and will be ordering treats from here again. Please stay positive and keep bringing the sweets!!
This small bakery is a godsend to those with food allergies (including dairy/egg, which our daughter has) or are strictly vegan for other reasons. The proprietor can whip up amazing baked goods, including cupcakes and birthday cakes that are so delicious and light and fluffy that you would not believe they are actual vegan.
