The owner is super friendly and badly you're there. The staff care about you and your experiences that they even break down menue items that have gluten, lactose, and sugars. All in all, it's best food ever!Lastly, don't know what each person spent because the bill was grabbed before anyone could see it.
Absolutely love this place , the food is excellent and the place is small enough to feel intimate. A full bar with interesting cocktails and some shareable plates that taste amazing . A interesting little « épicerie »shop appeared in the back room .

Great atmosphere! Super cute decor and garden. I love the bottle shop attached with very reasonably priced wine you can have corked there or purchase to go! They serve Umbria coffee at their coffee shop and the dinner options were hard to decide between. The two of us ordered 7 different dishes, since we couldn’t decide as everything sounded so good, and shared tapas style. The staff is very pleasant and attentive and the owner, Jen, is just lovely. 10/10! I can’t wait to sit out in the beautiful string- lit garden area and up at the cozy bar the next time(s) we go!

Time and again, a Ballard favorite. Consistent, exceptional menu and wonderful people.
This is my go-to date spot. The wine and cocktails are on point, the garden setting is unique and beautiful, and the food is excellent. I’ve never dined indoors but that space is beautiful as well. The clams are my favorite dish but I also really enjoy their vegetable and salad starters. The few times I’ve ordered the seasonal fish it’s been perfectly prepared. I also really like visiting the garden for coffee or brunch via their pop-up weekend cafe called Red Arrow Coffee.
We’re still primarily doing take out and this in and of itself is an art! They do their dishes well for take-away. The exquisite combination of flavors with fresh foods is unmatched. The uniqueness between their dishes makes each plate a fun experience. This mushroom rye spatzle - what in the world is this?!? I LOVE IT! They’re always ready with a great wine pairing recommendation as well. My partner wants to add the panna cotta was divine. I also love that they rotate their menu, so I can look forward to something new and delicious each time I order out!
