Definitely good. But nothing at all to set it apart from any other steak house along the line of The Met or Mortonâs. In no way exceptional nor does It set itself apart like RN 74 did (Minas other restaurant befor this one in this same space) Hate to say it because I am a big fan of Minaâs having been to lots of his restaurants in lots of different places, I wonât be coming back. For these prices that are as much as The Met (maybe even more than El Gaucho) Iâll just go to the Met instead. Why would t you?
Service was very good. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Hit if the night, oddly, was the Caesar salad. Wine list was extensive but a bit expensive.
We had a fantastic dinner experience at the Bourbon Steakhouse in Seattle. From our very friendly welcome, throughout the entire dinner, the staff was professional, incredibly efficient and attentive. We ate with Davis and Cody at the bar who guided us with food and drink advice that turned out perfectly. Then the wine. Barbie and I own a small vineyard in France so we have at least a limited knowledge of a great list. The Bourbon Steakhouse did not disappoint. The list was fantastic especially in Washington State wines not available in most parts of the country. Lindsey was truly a huge help as we ended up selecting some fabulous wine.

Not what we expected. We put in our reservation that we were celebrating an anniversary and it was never acknowledged by staff. No one asked if we were celebrating anything at all. Thereâs that. The food? Nothing to write home about. Nothing sets this dinner apart. I ordered New York strip, whipped potatoes and zucchini. None of it stood out for me. For the price I was expecting the best steak Iâve ever had. Very standard meal with an excessive price tag.

Outstanding customer service and the food was excellent. Followed recommendations by our waiter and everything was superb! We were on a time crunch, too, and he made sure we were finished by our deadline without feeling rushed. A great restaurant experience.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was pretty poor. That is not a reflection on the staff, who were hardworking and friendly, or the food, which was good. But for a restaurant that serves food at top of market prices, the expectations are high, and the positives donât outweigh the negatives. To start with, on a rainy evening, we pulled up on a busy street in front of the valet, who first ignored me, then when I got out in the rain to call to him, came over to tell me that the valet service was closed - at 7:30 in the evening. The website advertises valet parking, and given the weather we hoped to take advantage of it. My wife ran in to claim our reservation, and I drove to a parking garage and then walked back in the rain. A poor start. Then I came inside, I saw that we were seated close to other tables of people in a cluster, while a large portion of the restaurant was empty. Apparently there was a staffing issue that evening and the restaurant was short-handed. That resulted in some delays, but we understood the problem and were prepared to be patient, and Edward, our terrific server, was apologetic and grateful for our patience. The wait and the close seating, however, simply gave us greater exposure to the real unpleasantness of the evening - the loud and sexually-specific monologue from the blowhard at the nearby table. This obnoxious jerk was literally so loud that I could hear him better than my wife across the table, and his descriptions of his dating life, and what particular women did or refused to do with him, with misogynistic descriptors for these women, were both offensive and insulting to women, including my wife. I considered getting up to confront the speaker about his language, but I thought the manager would have a word. Nope - he was allowed to continue at length - laughing, roaring, almost shouting- and ruining the experience for us. We cut dinner short and got out of there more quickly than planned.
Excellent filet and asparagus. Stellar service. Would recommend
