I was actually yelled at for approaching the window without a mask.“NEXT TIME WEAR A MASK AND RESPECT OUR EMPLOYEES.” We were…outside.To the employee that yelled at me: my whole family has had COVID (no, they don’t live nearby ) and I’ve known several people who have actually passed away. Telling me to “be respectful” IS disrespectful. I order takeout and picked up the order OUTSIDE. OUTSIDE. He didn’t even have the guts to say it to my face. He yelled it at me as I walked away. Would’ve walked back to check his name tag but I was so upset that I couldn’t even approach the window again.My order was an online order. There was absolutely no indication when I was ordering that I even needed my mask. I still had it with me, and I would have put it on without issue. Instead he waits until I’m across the street unlocking the gate to my apartment building.Wear a mask next time? Maybe if you would have been more respectful, there would actually be a next time. Never coming back here again. On top of that, the food literally sucked. Like awful. So bad. The chicken was dry and stringy and the fries were so burnt they were brown. You know what’s disrespectful? Making me pay $30 for food for my husband and I and then yelling at me, making me cry, and making me remember everything I’ve lost during this pandemic. I wear my mask inside and on busy streets. I am vaccinated and boosted. I am doing my part.His words were truly hurtful and I deserve an apology. Enforcing mask requirements that are well announced is fine. Yelling at me for something I didn’t know and accusing me of disrespect? Pretty ironic I think.
Good chicken. The 6 piece og was a ton of food, especially for the price.
Creative design, food could use improvement. Hard, solid shell around the fried chicken, dry chicken. Hot sauce tepidly sweet and spicy—almost tasted watered down. Will give it another chance, possible I just an off night with the kitchen.
Omg the crispiness of these wings is phenomenal. We got 5 different styles of wings and strips, and none of them disappointed ? the vinegar wings needed a little ranch to enhance their existence, bit other than that I could not have been happier. Don't any away from the fish sauce, they're to die for!We also went next door to eat at the bar which was perfect, and last minute decided on the kimchee Mac and cheese which we did NOT regret?

This place is amazing! My husband and I tried it first this past Friday before Labor Day and there wasn't a line at all to order which, after eating now, have realized that's insane to me and wonder why this place isn't packed 24/7! We both just got the simple 3 piece tender meal with fries. I had ordered the Sesame Soy Garlic Sauce and my Husband got the Spicy Honey to go with our tenders and now that's our new favorite combo! Tenders were so juicy and flavorful and same go with the fries. The seasoning they put on the chicken and fries is out of this world along with the sauces. I'm so happy this place was recommended to me. I now call this my favorite chicken place! A must go!

This location and their manager, Jaclyn, DELIVERED OUTSTANDING HOT FOOD. THEY ARE ONE OF THE FEW PLACES STILL ABLE TO CATER ! I ordered 150 hot individual lunches on short notice and they DELIVERED. All dietary needs/requests met! I asked for a LOT of modifications and they delivered. Great staff. I could not recommend them enough.
Really really good chicken.However most items are very greasy. Lighter items aren't that light.But it definitely leaves you with a full belly and a happy face
Visited here during a trip to Seattle. My partner loves trying to find the best fried chicken in every city, and this was ... not it. The chicken was just so bland and even the flavored ones just had a dash of some powder on them. I had a tofu sandwich and it was soggy. The only good thing we ate was the Kimchi Mac and Cheese and the Biscuit. The Mac and Cheese was flavored so well, it's a shame nothing else was.
