Great service, very welcoming staff, gave suggestions n recommendations for teas. I got a Thai tea with boba and it was the perfect sweetness. My husband got a recommended tea with boba and it was also well done. Very cute interior, warm, welcoming and next time we will save room for a treat or snack as they looked yummy as well.
The mango bubble tea with mango bursting boba is my favorite in Seattle. When I lived outside of Seattle, I would go out of my way to go here everytime I came to the city and was heartbroken if they were closed that day. My only complaint is that they sometimes close unexpectedly, but that makes sense given it seems like a family run operation without a ton of extra help. There's never a long wait to get your order, though.
I stumbled upon this place by happy accident walking down 15th. I’ve now had the Nasi Lemak 4 times and it is YUMMY every time. It was no surprise to hear these are the same recipes Linda cooks at home. The in house brewed tea is great as well. Excellent service, flavors, and food!
I grew up on home cooked meals, and it’s rare to find a restaurant that offers that kind of flavor, but I found it here! It’s a bit pricey but I’m willing to pay. Ordered the chicken rice. I love the aroma and the home cooked taste. It was so so good. Will be back for sure.
Delicious and not so expensive. The staff are super friendly and give really fast service too.
Very cute place, love the corgi stickers! The owners were nice and the mango drink w/ lychee jelly I got was very good, sort of reminded me of lassi. Want to try out the desserts sometime. Also they have a rewards sticker card.
Love BobaBucha Cafe. Food is great - authentic, tasty and filling - prepared with love. Shaved Ice is the best in town with great flavors. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My entire family enjoys the food and interacting with the staff.
Honestly, our drinks were meh, but the owner is a sweetheart, and I really want to come back earlier in the day to try the food before it runs out! I want to try rainbow mochi, kaya cheese tart or maybe any of the savory items.I got Floral Tea w/ Tapioca Pearls, and my friends got Thai Iced Tea w/ Tapioca and Tacoma Taro w/ Tapioca. First off, the size for $5.50 is quite big, compared to many other boba spots. The tapioca balls were so so; they could’ve been sweeter and a bit chewier. As for my friends’ drinks, the Thai Iced Tea was far from being sweet enough, and the taro tasted different from typical taro you’d get from other places. As for me, I just learned that I don’t like floral tea. It’s herbal-like. Not sure that’s how the drink should taste. Also you get a stamp card and a cute sticker with your purchase!
Some of the best shaved ice I've had in a long time.
A cute place if I just happen to be around the way when they are open. I got a shaved ice and paid for several toppings but didn't realize they had only put one until I got home (thinking the toppings were at the bottom of the bowl). But the Curry chicken with rice made up for it. It tasted like a plate of comfort food. Staff was helpful and friendly. And enjoyed visiting with their beautiful fur baby.
