Got a table for 3 on a Saturday in under 20min, they are FAST!Food was also out super fast and exceeded expectations. The noodles were everything I hoped they would be and the fried chicken sandwiches were amazing.Portions were huge, not sure why some reviews said otherwise.Total order included;Sapporo, Lychee Beer, Bourbon and Soda,2 Fried Chicken Bao, Green Onion Pancake, Popcorn Chicken,Mala Spicy Dry Mix, Curry Chicken Dry Mix, & Mala Spicy Beef Noodle Soup.$130 with a 20% tip.

It’s a trendy Chinese noodle place with great ambiance, some great food and some not so great items that you could skip.We had ordered the Lamb Cumin Curry Noodles and the Curry Tofu Noodles and they were amazing!!The Good:The lamb cumin noodles was not too spicy, just the perfect blend of spices, cumin and perfectly cooked lamb. The Curry Tofu Noodles had a thicker buttery broth and very soft cottage cheese style tofu. It just melts in your mouth! The OK:The Karage fried chicken was good, not over fried and not too oily. The Bad:We tried the Fried Chicken Bao and it was not good, very bland. The Sichuan honey wings was just TOO over fried and oily.

The restaurant is bright with tall windows providing plenty of light to the tables lined inside. The menu is relatively straightforward, featuring dry and soup noodles, as well as some buns and smaller plates. They also have various thematic cocktails. The signature Mala beef dry mix noodles came in a large bowl and featured a good amount of flavor. It was not as spicy as some I've had, which was fine for my palate. The hand-pulled noodles had a pretty good texture as well.

Ordered green onion pancake, beef soup noodle and tofu dry mix noodle.Tofu could have a bit more flavor but the noodle is great! The beef stew noodle is also great! The flavor is pretty authentic.Green onion pancake is also great.

These guys are the best. Shout out to our server Alex for making sure our visit went as smooth as possible. I was even able to watch the process of during the dough into actual noodles. My noodles were literally fresh made. I seen the lady in the back making it and handing it over as we were walking in.The interior of this place is amazing and fun. Multi levels and so open. It is a bit tight in the main seating area, I almost tripped on my way to the table which would have been bad for the other tables and all the food on them. People with big feet and long strides beware. The workers are a bit smaller than I am so it's probably no big deal for them to walk between everything quickly. What about the food. Yea it's great. But they may have something more than just your average noodle spot, it's almost like a new age fusion noodle bar. They do serve alcohol, but idk if want alcohol with my noodles. You can be the judge of that. They tell their cocktails are pretty good. Oh, and good luck with parking. It took a bit to find parking. Not the worst parking I've had to deal with in the area, but it is in the top 10% of my hard to find parking restaraunts.Price wise this place is not cheap, but I did have noodles to take home. Also their ingredients are very fresh and plentiful so, I guess you are getting what you pay for at this location. The total was over $30 for a ice tea and dry mix combo after tip and taxThe only thing that did rub me the wrong way was, the person that took our order knew we only came for a filming but presented us with options to order as well. It almost felt intentional, but thru do say ain't nothing in the world for free. She gave us umbrellas after it was all said and done.

So happy I finally got a chance to try out Biang Biang Noodles - hand pulled fresh delicious noodles with an amazing dry mix and your choice of protein. I ordered the following for lunch:1. Cumin Lamb Dry Mix: Hand pulled noodles with lamb in a cumin flavored dry mix. I asked for this to be made spicy and it was delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked juicy with the dry mix and there were loads of vegetables, egg as well apart from the meat.2. Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix: Same as the cumin lamb dry mix but with beef. Tasty and devoured every bite.3. Fried Chicken Bao: I can eat this all day. It is fried chicken with Chick-fil-a sauce (i LOVE this sauce) inside a fried bao. Absolutely amazing.4. Green Onion Pancake: Tasty crispy pancakes. Compliments the noodles well for adding additional texture to your meal5. HK Milk Tea: Fresh flavorful teaService was great and fast. Portions are huge so we did go home with some boxes of food. Great location in Capitol Hill with plenty of street parking surrounding the restaurant. Highly recommend this place.

We had the dry mixed noodles and chive dumplings.Hand-pulled noodles were chewy, soft, and beautiful. Beef is a bit dry. But overall, I would come back again for this dish.Chive dumpling is not for me though. Its a bit bland for me …Staffs were helpful and polite

Pretty good food. I ordered the dry mix noodles with tofu, green onion pancake and a hot milk tea.The pancake and milk tea were amazing!I thought the noodles could’ve used a little more salt or flavor. But overall good experience.I want to come back and try the crispy bao sandwich!

Got the dry pork belly mix, szechuan honey wings, and popcorn chicken.Dry pork belly mix was great. Full of flavor. I don't like spicy things, and this thing wasn't spicy at all to me.The wings is the one to get. It's so tasty. I wish it was a bit spicier though. Like, more of that szechuan peppercorn for more numbing feeling. If you want to get the popcorn chicken, I think you can just skip it. Not much flavor at all. I was expecting it to be like one of those Taiwanese fried chicken. Somehow the flavor wasn't there. It was just bland.

We had lunch in Biang Biang Noodles. Good service and fresh noodle. Not spicy for me as I like spicy food.
