their teas are good and banh mi are made to order. prices are reasonable. i just hope that they have some kind of smoothies or non-caffeinated option for drinks.
Their A1 pork belly banh mi was amazing. I also enjoyed their super fruit boba as well! I'll definitely be back soon ?
Love this place. The spring rolls, egg rolls, and lemongrass chicken banh mi are my go to. Sensible prices and delicious food.
Everything is fresh and taste good all type of bubble tea you could choose from. the people that work there is very nice.
LOVE this place! It's in the same store as Boss Tea and it's so convenient to be able to get both banh mi and boba at one stop! Their banh mis are delicious, affordable and they have a lot of variety of flavors. Super fresh toppings too. My favorite is the roasted duck! Yum!!
Best Roasted-pork Banh Mi in town ( of wherever I knew the last twenty years here in this town), they have a tasty selection of boba teas also, highly recommend to those who is around South Seattle area and in general, you will definitely love it!

I had their taro bubble tea with boba and egg pudding and it was delicious. Very friendly staff. I worked a little while there remotely and the atmosphere was chill. Would recommend.
