Ordered crispy garlic chicken, a must order in this area with Thai restaurants. Also ordered cashew chicken, pad Thai, garlic beef, and pineapple fried rice, and an appetizer Food was more expensive than other great Thai places close by. The garlic chicken was cheap chicken tenders in a low quality breading much like lower quality Panda Express. Portions were small and running low on nut/meat. For almost $20 a dish yes more than 3 pieces of meat would be welcome even taking into account inflation. Worst part was the music and front staff. Immature unprofessional college students.
Terrible service!!! staff constantly prioritizing to go orders over customers in the restaurant while we could see our food sitting at the pickup window!food was low flavor and chicken was overcooked. Will never return to this restaurant. Bukaruska in west Seattle is always a 10 out of 10 experience and they're right down the hill!
One of the best Thai food places in town. Very flavorful. Great variety of food and all have unique texture and flavors. I'd say the only downside is they food it’s not free ! HahaI'd recommend the Duck with sticky rice, special items like wings and prawns with glass noodles. Pumpkin curry is also hard to find elsewhere.
I’ve gone here for years and not sure what’s changed but it’s gone down hill. I ordered to go pad see ew with no chicken and no egg because of dietary restrictions currently and the portion when I got home was laughable. For the price and what your getting it’s an absolute joke. The small box wasn’t even half way full and it was cold. I called the restaurant to complain/fix the issue but was met with either a no answer or a busy line for over an hour and when I finally got through and talked to someone I was told that it was because I had no veggie or meat and noodle portion was premeasured which made absolutely no sense. The portion was legit MAYBE 3 bites if that for $14. Horrible customer service.
WOW, BANG - I am now addicted to their dumplings! Plus, they have a creative menu and know how to turn up the heat. Super friendly staff, great service and food! I can't wait to go again very soon. ?
The thai tea was very sweet. The food quality is average. Prices are very affordable. The ambience is nice. Overall a good place to enjoy an evening dinner.
We live near here and love going in for either a quick app and drinks or getting takeout. The service is ALWAYS good and the drinks are amazing. The bar is really nice and so are the booths. We love the Tasty Beef and the Thai Fried rice the most. But the menu here is bug and there are lots more things to try! Can't wait to go again.
I genuinely hate leaving reviews that are negative because I love eating out, but this is the one exception I’ll make. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao. I have never had such foul food. It was absolutely disgusting and it smelled rotten. It looked like someone actually ate the noodles because they were cold, then regurgitated them after the noodles were warmed up in their stomach. My girlfriend and I could barely eat a bit and the stench was atrocious. This might be the single biggest mistake I’ve made in my life, worse then the time I thought I got someone pregnant. I urge you, please do not get the Pad Lee Mao…
Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. Good service
AVOID THIS PLACE - IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.I decided on some Thai food after work last Sunday - so, I figured on giving this restaurant a try.I liked the atmosphere, and saw that people were socially distanced - so, I figured that I was going to enjoy my meal (their Chicken Lime Light). Unfortunately, my food was being served to me by someone who wore their mask down over their nose. He also thought nothing of talking to me with his mask down.Because I have immuno-compromised persons in my life, I requested a replacement. While I try to avoid covid deniers, and people who don't take the disease seriously on the streets, I think that restaurant staff should be taking covid (and its safety measures) seriously, when serving food and drink to their customers - who should be able to dine in a safe environment.Considering that there is a statewide requirement for indoor establishments (like restaurants) to follow safety guidelines, I explained to the bartender that while I _didn't_ want to get anyone in trouble - I imagine that I would be within my rights to report them.I then noticed that my drink had a weird consistency (shown below). When I brought it up to the bartender, I was told that she thought that it was alright, and that I should just continue drinking it *gag* - at no point was a replacement offered.Once I realized that this was going to be my experience for the remainder of my time there, I paid up, and left my food uneaten: given the lackadaisical service, I wouldn't put it past them to serve me the same food, and state that it was "remade."Before I left, I thought to take pictures of my ordered items (as I didn't think that people would believe my experience with this place). When the bartender realized what I was doing, she rushed to my table, and attempted to take the items out of my hands - while I was still taking pictures. This forced me to tell her to release the me, and the items, as I purchased them, and wasn't finished.I tried to speak to a manager, to discuss my experience. However, during my initial visit - or the subsequent time afterwards, I was told that the manager wasn't available - they didn't know when they would be available, and was offered to leave my number. Unsurprisingly, at no time did I receive a call from said manager. So, I'm posting about my experience now. I will also be posting about this experience on as many other sites as I can think of.Overall, my experience there was horrible; if I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recommend that people avoid this place.
