My first time to order in person at Bambu but I have been ordering online delivery for my favorite Fruit Addict. Never had any issue with my online orders. Always good. It wasn't busy and not crowded when we came. We were able to order right away and got our desserts and drinks fast. There's so much seating areas for groups who wants to hang out while having refreshing, flavorful drinks. There are different selections of teas, milk teas, vietnamese coffees, authentic che's, smoothies, waffles, mochi, rice paper salads. They have restrooms for customers so don't worry if your bladder fills up with your drinks. Had a taste of mangonada from my daughter's drink and it was interestingly mangoful drink. I still ordered my favorite. Addicted to my Fruit Addict.

Got the roasted milk tea - wasn't the best I've had but it was good. My friend got the mango milk frappe which was unique. I do want to go back and try their cakes/desserts!

Clearly-labelled (and delicious) vegan options! I particularly recommend the taro chè. Usually not super busy, so there is plenty of room to sit and drinks come out fairly quickly. Definitely recommended!

I love their drinks. It had pudding, fruits and tapioca pearls in a single frappe drink. Seats are comfortable too so it's a nice place to come with friends.

While Bambu is more focused on Vietnamese dessert in che, the rest of their menu is actually quite solid. The snow ice is actually pretty worthwhile and higher value than Milkie Milkie. It's not Snowy Village, but it's super solid, especially for the area. Do note it's literally shaved ice (as in water) rather than shaved milk (like bingsoo). However, don't let that sway you as they use a good ratio of syrup flavor to ensure you aren't eating straight ice.We got a regular strawberry cheesecake snow ice and were very satisfied. The service here is kind of meh though. We asked about the size difference between regular and large and we just got a pretty straight face reaction. She looked towards the counter where they had the plastic bowl containers to show, but didn't explicitly point it out or seem enthusiastic to help. Obviously this wouldn't make or break the experience, but it'd be nice to get a clear answer and perspective of someone who works there (i.e. go with the regular, it'll be more than enough! or most people get the large, or whatever). For this, I would say my experience did dwindle a bit.

Absolutely delicious! We had two different kinds of teas - fruit tea and milk tea. So yummy! and the cashier helped us decide on a delicious shaved ice cheesecake too. My first time here was 5 years ago and it made quite the impression on me - so I made a point to go back when I was in the area again!

A friend introduced me to a unique dessert called snow combo. He knows that I love desserts, so I was very keen on trying the mangonada combo. It was to die for! It looked liked layers of snow flakes of mango flavour and had the right amount of sweetness. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it. They offer a good variety of slush drinks, smoothies, milk teas, teas, and coffee. In addition, there’s some snacks available such as rice paper salad and different waffles. Too bad I live so far as I would love to try the other snow combos. If you want something different, try their snow combos.

Holy moly, the red velvet snow ice cake was heaven. A combo presentation of snow that was to die for. Absolutely wonderful

Stopped by for dessert while visiting Seattle. It was a cold Thursday night, so it wasn't crowded at all. There's about 5 tables in the front area by the door and 8 tables in the area by the register. Ordered the Taro Coconut Snow Ice, Ube waffle, and Milk Tea. You can see them make the waffle fresh right behind the register. The other desserts are made in the back, but you can see them make it through the open door. The snow ice was finely shaved and dissolved with each bite. It was topped with some boba and cookie crumbles. The Taro and Coconut both had a good flavor without tasting artificial. My favorite was the Ube waffle as it was crisp on the outside, but the inside was full of soft Ube. The Milk Tea was light & refreshing and not overly sweet. This was a good place to come for a light dessert that's made fresh to order.

The avocado drink was pretty bland, it was too much ice and barely had any avocado flavor.
