My husband and I were looking for the Biscuit and Bean and found this place! They have the B&B biscuit recipe, so we were able to get a biscuit and it lived up to the hype. We also got the spicy breakfast panini and cinnamon roll and those were delicious as well. Highly recommend!
The biscuits are wonderful and my favorite is their cinnamon roll with a non-fat latte!And for lunch I love the Ballard Turkey Sandwich or a Sesame Ginger Chop salad to take home for a late lunch or light dinner!
So good! Our group had the bacon + egg + cheddar sandwiches on gluten free bread, the spicy egg panini, and cookies. They were all delish! Gluten free bread was the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant - perfectly soft. The cafe was clean and has new ownership. Really glad we stopped in because it’s beautiful and everyone was so nice. Outdoor seating is great, a drive thru is in the works, and the bathroom was clean. The line will carry down to the sidewalk but it moves fast. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back for lunch!
What a fantastic cozy place for morning coffee and breakfast! Great breakfast sandwiches (with gluten-free bread thank you!). It seems like the place to go with a consistent line out the door( they keep it moving fast don’t worry). Super friendly staff makes for a very inviting atmosphere and leaves you wanting to return again for lunch!
Extreamly uninviting place. They don't allow you inside. Food was bland AF. But they are getting 1 star for being afraid of their own shadows. There menu has gone to hell too, they don't even have half of what they used to. Prices are way to expensive for what you get.
Amazing food!!! The condiments are all housemade, & so delicious, it's difficult to choose which! The biscuits are HUGE, with a slightly crunchy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior that makes you realize that nothing else you had up til this one should've been called a biscuit, in comparison. And the coffee they have is deliciously smooth... even w/ a 4 shot mocha, there was ZERO bitterness that makes your gut go "Whoa... coffee...", was not overly sweet, tasted more like a hot DARK chocolate, and no jitters!YUM!
Absolutely phenomenal. We got the classic and the biscuits & sausage gravy, along with a pair of iced mochas. 12/10, so good we will absolutely be back. Quick service, so don't let the line deter you!
An absolute hidden gem. Food was great. Biscuits and fixings are mouth watering. Moca latte exceptional and best I have EVER had. Go out of your way and discover this place. You won't regret it!!
I love the convenience of this place, walk right up, usually not much of a wait, no longer than 10 minutes for the entire process. Everyone has always been very friendly. I have to say the coffee is much better than some of the food. The biscuits are very delicious consistently, but I've been disappointed by the gravy the past few times. I usually have to spruce it up with some cheddar cheese or hot sauce, pretty watered down and bland on its own... which is sad because I'd say this is an expensive place for just a single breakfast. Was 20 bucks for just a cold brew and the biscuits and gravy, with the tip for good service in there. It's a nice treat but I wouldn't go often. I'd say I want to give this place 3 stars but I cant in good conscious because the people are so nice there.
Okay, I grew up in the south, so I'm crazy for biscuits. But for some reason, the part of California I live in now doesn't have a lot of good options. My college bestie lives in Seattle, and he knows as soon as I'm on the ground I'm going to be demanding Biscuit and Bean. I honestly don't know how I don't eat every meal here. The biscuit! The tomato jam! Pure heaven
