Best baguette in Seattle. At least that I've had, anyway. Any day I can swing by Bakery Nouveau for a fresh baguette is a good day.They make a light and smooth quiche, unlike some that are so dense and heavy you feel guilty. Their pastries and cakes are tasty, too, but you knew that already.

Was told this was the best bakery in West Seattle and it didn’t disappoint. Had a wonderful time ordering a bunch of stuff, including the twice-baked croissants. They were delicious as were the kugelhopfs. I got an extra set to give away in Phoenix the next morning and they were a huge hit! I’ll be back. Wow.
I heard many good things about this place. Finally, we went there.There are a lot of good-looking and tasty sweets and sandwiches.I bought too much. My original plan was just to get a birthday cake for a friend. I ended up getting chocolates, sandwiches, and pastries...Their chocolates and cakes are so beautiful that they are perfect for a gift.I love their almond croissants. They are big that you can share with someone. Its outside is very crispy, freaky, and the inside is moist.A little bit pricy but I wouldn't mind spending once an occasion or for cheat days. Lol.
Every year I order a dozen plus croissants for my sister who lives in Portland. Like me, she LOVES them and says they are the best she’s ever had. Bakery Nouveau not only makes delicious pastries they’re preordering system is also very convenient especially during the holidays.
Craft bakery and delightful desserts. Their lavender macaroon is so lavendery I loved it! Everything was delish
In one word…YUM! Everything looks, smells and tastes delicious. The best potato salad in the world! Emily makes a mean special coffee, better than “that other place”, and at nearly half the price! Great pick-up parking right in front. WARNING: Highly Addictive!
Tea and croissant was delicious. They had a sign requesting people stay one cow apart, but there was almost no distance between anyone and there were far too many people behind the counter so they could keep up with business. I would recommend, but be aware of the rushes

Love this place!!! Delicious quiche, breads, crossiants, sandwiches and a chocolate cake to die for. Always make sure I stop by here when in Seattle. Definitely recommend you do as well.
