I come here all the time. Fresh bagels with fast and good service. Chill atmosphere where you can have a nice breakfast or lunch. The workers are super nice but i heard the manager is mean.

Bagel was alright. The food rating on the side of the building said “okay” so we were already wary going in. Not super clear on where to go to order (you have to go to the paying counter as opposed to the bagel counter which seemed weird). And the girl taking our order was talking so quietly I could hardly hear her. Just a weird experience overall and probably won’t be coming back.

Love the food and atmosphere on quiet mornings.

The bagel sandwiches are really good here. The customer service however, is diabolical. It’s ran by a group of very standoffish, anti social , young girls. Definitely not the group of people you want as the face of your company. They make a damn bfast sandwich though!

From out of town and we decided to stop here cause my sister wanted a bagel. The bagels were subpar and it took them 20 minutes to get me my order, they served about 3-5 other people before me. There was coffee grounds in my iced coffee. The bathroom was literally the most disgusting spectacle. Seems like a business someone opened and then decided to neglect.

Their bagels are straight fire. Gimme a dozen with 7 poppy, 5 onion and an everything with another half dozen of blueberry. Add 4 scallion cream cheeses, so good. Pricey for me but well worth it.

I worked here in the late 80's and the bagels have always been the best. Their new sandwiches and wide range of schmears have definitely improved. They have every flavor of bagel you can think of, plus a small bagel size bialy which is delicious.

Good selection, friendly staff & very good prices the cafe was very well laid out. Places to sit and enjoy your bagel and conversation everywhere if you want a table, booth or just a bench seat there's plenty of seating. Also have a nice coffee selection with great prices as well. Will definitely be going back.

The quality and size of the bagels just aren't worth it for me, and I've given this place a few tries. Growing up on the east coast the bagels are much bigger for half the price, even in NY. There are definitely better bagel shops in Seattle.

Trash. Been there 3 times, each time I feel like they don’t understand how to use ingredients. Too much cream cheese when ordering with egg and ham. Did the chef do drywall before?Mixing up orders, long wait times despite the optics of not being busy. Also, you can make the argument that there’s 3rd party apps clogging up the cook line but their delivery fee is $16.99.. literally more than I would pay for my meal!! What is that?? I live 3 blocks away and the two ways to get my food are awful.
