I came to the Backyard last night (Thursday) for the first time and found the atmosphere to have an urban sports bar vibe, they had a DJ playing a mix of 80’s, 90’s and Latin music. The food was tasty, the drinks were ok but overpriced and if you’re looking for standard mix drinks like pina colada’s or side cars then don’t expect them here lol! Overall I can totally go back there!
Backyard's videos and music fills out this hangout. A convenient menu and a big variety of craft beer taps has a lot to offer. Vegetarian chili fries and a cold one just got a new location where they play old and new R&B videos in Columbia City.
this is a great spot in Columbia City with the best bartenders!! make sure you try the homemade corn dogs, the fries and the frito pie. Bingo was FUN!!
Love this spot! The food is SO GOOD and the drinks were well poured. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Super clean and lots of TVs make this a great spot for the Seahawks game or just hanging out with some of your favorite people!

I had been told by friends it was a BBQ place. Apparently it has been converted into a bar. So I went intending lunch but was disappointed to find a VERY limited menu.The tiny sandwich I got was tasty but not $9 tasty. The price we got is a side we're okay and actually reasonably priced. The $3 pretzel bites turned out to be a handful of RoldGold's with seasoning sprinkled on top. It was at that point I realized that there was no point in ever coming here again. I mean It's probably a good place to get sloshed, don't drink so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Zac the bartender was amazing. Service was prompt and courteous! The food was delicious too!
