Very authentic Israeli food. The Knafeh and Malabi are a must try for dessert. The falafel pita wrap was exceptional - very soft and fluffy pita, along side the best falafels I have had. Highly recommend!
Delicious and lovely hummus. Great service and ambiance and fluffy pita! Great neighborhood nook, will be coming back for sure
Amazing Israeli food! Don’t skip the sabich. Next time I’ll definitely try the falafel.
Great food! Reminded me of my stay in Israel. Delicately cooked (not overcooked, hard) falafels and warm, fluffy pita with amazing range of sauces. For someone with a taste for tangy stuff, do try their amba sauce.

Tried Aviv Hummus Bar for the first time. It was absolutely amazing! Cute restaurant with great staff! The owner is super friendly and down to earth. My husband and I tried a little bit of everything on the menu. The Hummus Shakshuka was to die for! The pita is soft and melts in your mouth. Falafel is cooked to perfection! Make sure to try their sides like Sababaganoosh, Turkish salad, and Kruv. To top it off the Knafeh desert was delicious! If you want to try a fun drink, I recommend Tubi 60! Would highly recommend Aviv Hummus Bar and I will be absolutely going back!
Sabich was great! Falafel sandwich and hummus were also good. Love the pita!
I have been going here since they first opened, and i would’ve given it 5 stars back then too. But they’ve recently added to their menu and their schnitzel pita sandwich is a contender for one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Aviv is goated.
This place was really hyped up, but unfortunately the hummus tasted bland to me. The pita bread was kind of cold and bland, but it might be my personal preference because my friends really liked it. If you are a fan of Sabra hummus you might not like this place.
Perfectly fine, nice place. Same as everywhere else in Seattle these days, I can't afford it anymore, but I don't blame them for charging what they have to in order to survive. Tasted good.
