Italian Pizza

Went in here without expectations, but the food was surprisingly good. The margherita was not traditional, but the sauce was well seasoned. The mushroom pizza was delicious, it had heat and plenty of oregano. Neither were authentically Italian, but they delivered on flavor. The crust was more like a buttery flatbread. What elevated the experience were the very friendly and social servers which brought a casual touch to the upscale feeling place, and matched the food.Would love some vegan options.

For a hotel restaurant that doesn't cost an arm and a leg this place is great. Arrived to our nearby hotel fairly late and hungry. This place has excellent home style Italian at a very affordable price (for downtown especially). The spaghetti with meatballs is very flavorful and the meatballs pack a bit of a spicy punch. Wasn't too busy when we went (late) but walked by earlier the next day and very busy so would recommend a reservation.

My waitress was awesome. Gluten free toast available by request, my waitress pointed out that the toasters were cross-contaminatd.Lots of gluten free options. I enjoyed my meal. Replied to a survey for property and received message from management that they would look into issue.

I came in, by myself about an hour to close. The place was winding down. I ordered a Ceasar salad with chicken. 26 minutes later it was brought out. The dressing was not traditional, it was off and it was very thin which was a little disconcerting. Then the third of a small chicken breast was burned, like crunchy black burned, and was as dry as a saltine cracker. I knew that the kitchen was closing down so there was no way in heck I was sending it back. Plus, I had delayed eating and the hunger pangs were in full effect. I has to sip water with each bite of chicken to get it down. The food was off, as was the wait staff. They generally don't like single diners. The hostess was a positive light in this otherwise poor experience.

Amazing experience on short notice. Walked in for a quick lunch. The service, atmosphere and food were all delicious! We split the beet salad and Carbonara. Both were outstanding! Unfortunately I forgot to take any photos. Both dishes were beautifully presented. I would visit this place again in a heartbeat!

I'm usually a bit skeptical about restaurants in hotels (including the Hyatt Regency) but this was a happy surprise with nice options, well prepared and with very attentive service. We came back another night!

Andare is a very good restaurant and Bar at the Hyatt Seattle. Food is very good and service is excellent. However staying at the hotel for few days, i found the kitchen closes too early. The bar is ok. The staff is great and ready with good recommendations, but I found the bar to be too small, especially that its the main bar for such a large hotel. We found few times that there was no seating as its such a large hotel and they would not seat us in the dining room to have drinks, so we had to leave the hotel which is not ideal.

Waitress was attentive and friendly. We were also checked in on by the manager. Comfortable setting, we loved the bench seats. Food was great, came out quickly. The meatballs were absolutely delicious. My family's favorite dish overall.

We LOVE this restaurant! We come here for our birthdays and anytime we’re in Seattle to catch a show and weather we’re staying at the Hyatt or not this is the place we eat at. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and we love it. The staff is so friendly and we really like to sit at the counter and be able to watch out the window.

Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, great customer service!
