The food is mediocre. I ordered Hyderabadi chicken biryani which was more like pulao. I ordered kadhai chicken, the flavor of ginger was very over powering. Garlic naan didn't really have garlic. I was really disappointed with my order. As I ordered online, I couldn't really do much about it.

This place does not exist anymore, it’s now called Mirch Masala, the food is terrible find a different spot.

Ammi Pakwan had me feeling even more like a real pakwan. The pakwan biryani hit the spot. As a pakwan, I highly suggest my fellow pakwans visit. #micdrop #pakwanout

This place says CLOSED everytime i walk by it but it still shows up as open and in business in my Google search. But good food tho!!

I ordered Biryani. They just gave rice mixed with curry. The taste is not good at all. Total waste of money.

Before it merged with Mirch Masala, this was my go to for Indian takeaway. Since the merger, the quality and tastiness of the food has gone way down. The chicken tikka was thin and flavorless, as was the Paneer Korma. The house special vegetable platter was advertised to come with a selection of chutneys, but came with none. The samosas I got were a step down, lacking the zest and chunkiness of the previous establishment. Overall, a hugely disappointing experience.

This is not only the best Indian/Pakistani food on Capitol Hill, but easily the best value for money in the entire neighborhood. The food is flavorful and the portions are ridiculous. The Byrani lasts 3-4 meals alone. I really can't say enough about this place.

This is a gem of a place especially during the pandemic they have been friendly unthoughtful and very helpful. The food is exceptional I would suggest this for a first time experience for Indian and Pakistani dinning.

One of our students at our trucking school was kind enough to bring in some DELECTABLE samosas from this restaurant. If I’m ever in Seattle again one day, I’d love to pay a visit for some more! ??
