I must confess that surely she is a skilled professional trader and the best among all, as her clients all said, I saw so many positive reviews about Mrs Mariel Ramsey, and she managed my account after I Invested $1000 and got a successful withdrawal of $10,200 within few days of my investment, "It always seems impossible until it’s done"., with Mrs Mariel Ramsey your hard-earned money is 100% secured/Safe You can contact her via

Bluebird Spring day in Seattle and I wanted to check out the new light rail stop at 42nd and Brooklyn, my old stomping grounds. Reviewing some lunch choices I settled on this cafe hugging Portage Bay even though I knew it would be a four-five block walk. So I hit University Books and made my way down Brooklyn, finding the cafe easily. Order at the counter entrance, so good to review choices on-line first. I had the "Baja" fish tacos and a strawberry Horchata. Price seemed very reasonable. I was eating a late lunch so had no problem getting a table with a view of the water despite the lively crowd. Food was delivered to my table quickly and was piping hot. Staff was universally cheerful and energetic. The rice was average but the Pinto Beans were on par with what I ate growing up in New Mexico. Delicious. Tacos were a bit on the dry side but I ate every bite and the nearby salsa bar helped. Next time I would get food to go and walk a few steps to the attractive waterfront park that is adjacent to the cafe. It had lots of seating options and some picnic tables. All in all, a great meal. One caution, do not walk down Pacific Blvd. expecting to find the Husky Stadium light rail. Oh, it's there all right, but access for pedestrians is a lot more complex than it looks like on a map especially with road construction.(The access is from the U of WA campus property above the road, not the road if you know what I mean) I got really lost and, at one point, trapped in a University of Washington courtyard, because none of the building doors open without a key card any longer. Absolutely best to go back up Brooklyn to the light rail.

A little joint by the lake. I like the lighting and interior that gives the colorful vibe to this place. You have to place your order before you get seated. So this makes it bit difficult if you wanted to try something after you have had the first order. There is a bar and the drink orders can be placed any time. There is street parking available close. If you are visiting the Washington campus it’s a short walk. The food here is great and most of the tables have the nice lake view. The chicken is so tender it melts in your mouth. The salsas are creamy and has interesting spices.Overall it’s a great place to enjoy your dinner with a view

Great location with an amazing view to the lake. The Mexican mocha was the best I've tried it a while.Tacos here are a must.Don't miss the salsa bar.Very good cocktail.

What an amazing experience. this place is right on the water and the prices are equally great for the quality and amount of food you get!Rogger's menu of Mexican cuisine has depth not seen from many other menu's in the area. My wife and I enjoyed every bite and will definitely be back. I also have to say their salsa selection is delectable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations on drinks and food. Couldn't have asked for a better night out. Thank you Agua Verde!

Delicious salsas, beautifully balanced drinks, great patio right on the water.... What's not to love? Some yummy specifics: the tomatillo salsa is memorable, the pinto beans are incredibly flavorful, the mango quesadilla with chicken is a sweet and savory beauty and the guacamole actually tastes like real guac, not just a batched afterthought like it can be at some places. It was our first time today but we will surely be back!

Honestly, the view was better than the food. The salsa was weet, chips were stale, but it's the only Mexican food in the area. Well priced beers and drinks looked good. I might return. The red meat was tough, but the shrimp was perfect.

Friendly staff. Food has great flavor! Beautiful view.

We went for lunch. There was a line but it went pretty quickly. You order and pay as you enter while they also check vaccine status. They deliver the food to your table. The ambiance is nice and they have a large sunroom with view of the water so it's a pretty place to enjoy so time and good food. They have mixed drinks available. We got carnitas tacos, they were quite tasty but next time I might get the carnitas burrito which also looked quite good. The staff was friendly and the pricing was appropriate for a sit down Mexican restaurant. We will certainly go again when we are in the area.

I love having an authentic Mexican restaurant by UW!! It’s so tidy and pretty!! I ordered el machete and loved the filling of chile con carne. My friend ordered tacos so we had the chance to try all three of the salsas.
