Great place to grab a beer and play a few around pinball, pool, or shuffleboard. The folks here are nice and pretty friendly. Super spacious with lots of seatings. Overall a fun reasonable place to hang out.
Great dark dive bar, used to go here a few times a week when I lived in Seattle. Lots of lovely and inclusive punk patrons, awesome bar food, some fun pinball and arcade games, they used to have shuffleboard and might still. Lots of fun, good vibes to be had.
Always intrigued by these classic old bars, 9lb. has that dark wood old school charm. Love a place with some pinball machines! Decent beer selection and the bar staff were super friendly and personable. The food choices are priced super fair, but we felt taste wise it was just ok. We did really enjoy both the fries and onion rings! Lots of seating and a great place to hang out with friends.
I want to tell you how amazing I think this place is but I'm not going to. Maybe it was the night or the light or the way he looked at me that made it so special. I'm not going to tell you because then everyone will be there and I'm keeping this place to myself.
Dark, divey, low pressure, great food, shuffle puck, great service in a great neighborhood if you aren't networking or crunching KPIs at the end of the year.

Totally love the new place connected next door (Maude’s). Great spot with a cool vibe. Sadly being a bit spoiled by too many overly bright TVs - Especially for such a small space. Sully was fabulous and the food was really good. Hoping they turn some of them off when there isn’t a game on.
This may become my new hang out. It's gritty but not divey, if that makes sense. Free pool, free shuffle board. There's a wide array of characters who seem to have a great time. The 2 bartenders I've seen are super friendly and are characters themselves. Decent bar food.. My only complaint the last night I went was the bacon was charcoal crispy, but the cook gladly sent out more with apologies. Great staff.
Haven't been here, an old favorite, in some time. The new full menu is great. Had the chicken burger, amazing sandwich!
